kutchme bistrehHad a very good overall experience with the surgery, staff was nice, clinic is up to date, clean, however, 3 weeks after surgery I tried to get in touch with the Dr. Ortiz, by phone, email, through his office, which they said the entire time, that the Dr. will be available to if you have any questions, he claimed he will give his cell, never called me back and looks like that once the surgery is done and you paid them, they dont really care much...

Janet SahlerI had sleeve surgery 39 days ago, I have lost 25lbs and I am thrilled. I am 75 and I feel 35. My experience was fantastic, I felt very well taken care of, the facility was very nice, exceptionally clean, the doctors and nurses were very professional, kind & compassionate they really cared about their patients as individuals. The whole experience was more than I expected, so happy I made the decision to have it done, even at my age. I cannot recommend it enough.

Kyra BrubeckI decided to get the gastric sleeve and am a little over a month post op. Started at 266 and am already down to 228 =) The service at Obesity Control Center is impeccable! All the Doctors and Staff are very personable, kind, and considerate. Everything was so CLEAN!! The US can take definitely take lessons from OCC and the Marriot on customer service! Could not have asked for a better experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks OCC!
