Solo asistí a consumir en el restaurante del hotel. La calidad de la comida excelente, buen sazón y a precio accesible. Cuentan con buffet de lunes a viernes. Lo recomiendo. La atención excelente también.

El olor del A/C del pasillo a los salones era medio raro, como que le hace falta mantenimiento a los dicto o limpieza en general a los filtros. El servicio a nuestro salón de eventos estuvo excelente.

Spacious rooms. Very good services and comfort. Very nice staff. Have bar and restaurant. I liked breakfast very much. Good place to stay. Restaurant have very limited food options.

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I arrived late in the evening only to discover that my travel agency had booked me in a different Crowne Plaza. The young lady at check in was very accommodating and called the other hotel and transferred my reservation. All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel just minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious. There is a bar and restaurant the hotel. In addition there is a nice fitness center and outdoor pool. A 24hr shuttle service makes it easy to get to the airport.

Check in was uneventful then proceeded to dinner that was average. Paying the check, the waiter took my credit card and I had to go find him fifteen minutes later s he s dealing with a Mexican invoice for a guest. I was able to finish my transaction there. Room was a bit confusing, requiring depositing room key in slot for lights and HVAC to function with no explanation. Sink plug stuck plugged and had to go underneath to push up and get out of way to get good drainage. Sink had poor hot water temperature and flow, but shower was fine. Shuttle to airport was full from holiday inn but came back quickly and ready were transported just fine and in plenty of time.

Located about 13 miles away from downtown Monterrey, but right next to the airport. Rooms are clean but the building is a bit dated. WiFi is stable and fast. Restaurant is very nice with good food and quick service.
