It was a great vacation. We rented a 3 bedroom condo for a family vacation. The resort is clean, well managed, and safe. The views of the ocean are spectacular.

Location, location, location...... The property is really well maintained, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.....And did I mention the location!! Beach front with each room an ocean view...From pool to ocean in less than a minute. Lots of other properties in Rocky Point which are also nice but we like how close everything is at this location while still feeling really open and not crowded. People need to understand these are NOT hotel rooms.....There are owner rented condos.....Thus the rules are different about how they ensure only guest are allowed in and how renters are required to clean up after themselves.....Most timeshares and condo rentals are the same...

Resort looks aesthetically 4-5 stars, very nice rooms and very clean all around. 3 stars for the gestapo security, they could have been worse but they will fine you if you break the rules, I suggest you read them and if you plan on having fun I would pick a different resort. If you have kids, this a perfect resort.

Its slow in the winter- the security guards are really nosey and make it uncomfortable to swim and catch some sun. The restaurant at the resort was expensive and anything but delicious.

BEWARE!!!! Resort is even currupt. You cant trust Rocky Point one bit. I spent a whole day on my balcony after the door locked behind me and by the time I got help from security they shook me down for over a 100 dollars.
