Me hospede en una villa y la experiencia fue muy cómoda y agradable, es muy amplia y tiene acceso al mar. El hotel se encuentra alejado de la ciudad pero no a mas de 5 minutos en automóvil.

Es un muy buen resort, solo que siempre eacojia este resort por sus toboganes, pero este año están muy sangrones los guardias de seguridad que contrataron que cierran los toboganes sin criterio, así que si siempre eacojia a las palmas por sus toboganes y los cierran que creen que voy a hacer? Para la próxima escogeremos otro resort, gracias a sus guardias ineptos y sin entrenamiento

Family style resort with cool pool and water slides. Uno Mas is great little bar above pool. Great beach with palapas to chill under while soaking up the views. Awesome massage to be had on the beach as well.

The resort is located in the Sandy Beach area of Rocky Point, and has a few tall buildings. We are on the fifth floor overlooking the beach and the view is fantastic. Our place had two rooms, along with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was very clean and modern, would come back again

We arrived and stayed in room 403B Bonita, view was amazing. At arrival we noticed our bathroom floor was wet, I cleaned it up, and noticed 15 minutes later it was wet again. I tried calling reception to advise about possible leak. I walked down spoke with Ulysses who stated he would send someone. Later we noticed our WiFi was also not working so on our way out to dinner I stopped back in and spoke to Ulysses and his chubby balding co-worker intervened rudely and was extremely dismissive. Later that night my husband woke to use the restroom and the floor was completely flooded. He quickly tried to turn off the water but valve did not work. At this point the hose behind the toilet is gushing water. If my husband had not gotten up the entire condo would have been flooded. We used every towel we had. My husband ran down to the security guard post only to be told there would be no help until 7:00 AM the next morning. It was 12:30AM. My poor husband spent the entire night and morning with a bucket and dust pan dumping water. My sons (6&5) had to use the restroom in sitting water. I sat and waited in the reception area at 6:40 the next morning waiting on anyone. The 1st receptionist quickly ran and got maintenance. They followed me to the room and quickly began to replace the parts. I advised them of the phone and the WiFi. The maintenance man was extremely apologetic. My husband attempted to speak to a supervisor and was told none were available, and Brenda was acting in their place, she stated the supervisor wanted proof of the incident and asked my husband for pictures. The room had a moldy order but we were told we could not change rooms or even be compensated for the night we lost. We were given a $50 gift certificate that when we tried to use was questioned amd we were told they may not accept it. That whole situation could have been prevented if the staff on Monday would have followed through with our concerns. Our room phone was also replaced. It took hours to replace our room towels. We asked a housekeeper who stated she would have to ask but later returned with new towels. Be very cautious, they do not have 24 hour maintenance and front staff is no helpful.

A staff member stole my phone within 5 minutes of leaving it behind! ( I know because I was able to track it for week and it would go from hotel to a house (at this point I had already left mexico). I tracked it when I could and notified front desk to view cameras to help me retrieve it, they said they would call me back and I never heard back from them. I attempted to call again and my call was ignored! Wish they would of helped to find the thief but instead helped out the thief and avoided me!!!

****Do not have a large event at Las Palmas**** The good: Villas 5 & 6 are lovely homes with lovely décor. With the exception of some cold showers and plugged drains (which maintenance took care of quickly), we had no problems. Alberto A. at the front desk was beyond helpful and accommodating. He tried his very best to take care of all of our needs. The bad: We booked Villas 5 & 6 for our wedding on April 29th, 2017. We had roughly 75 guest with 90% of our guest staying at Las Palmas for the wedding for an average of 3 nights. (Translation- we brought them a ton of business). The security at Las Palmas is like the new gestapo. We are beyond disappointed and disgusted at the treatment of our guest and vendors. Here’s a rundown of incidences with security. 1. Friday April 28th, 2017 – Security would not let one of vendors on the property to set up around 6:45 PM – well before the required 10PM guest restriction. 2. Friday April 28th, 2017 at approx. 9:45 PM as our vendor was breaking down – security came up and indicated our vendor needed to leave ASAP as it was passed 10PM (it wasn’t) and that if he didn’t he would be removed. 3. When my father started to complain, they told him he was drunk and needed to shut up before begin removed. 4. A guest of our wedding came back from a night out at the Malecon and due to “noise” was forcibly removed from his vehicle (after not surrendering his keys to security), was pepper sprayed in the face and the cops we’re called to only let our guest go once off the property. The police indicated they get calls often from Las Palmas and often it is the security that creates the problems. Our guest was not allowed back on the property and missed our wedding. 5. Day of wedding - April 29th, 2017 – security would not let our caterer and his staff on the property to set up at approx. 12:30PM 6. We we’re supposed to have a Mariachi band play during our cocktail hour at 5:30PM – they showed 35 minutes late – they we’re stuck at the security gate being harassed by security until our caterer was able to get them in. They only played for 15mins, when we payed $200 for an hour. 7. At approx. 8:45 PM, 3 security guards showed up to houses 5&6 and began pacing the parameter of our wedding area making guest feel very uncomfortable. Again my father tried to intervene and was told yet again that he would be removed if he didn’t shut up. We went to the front desk to complain but because security is separate company there was nothing they would do. As an additional side note – we compiled with all restrictions. Our DJ stopped a few minutes before 10pm to compile with the noise restrictions, we put on vendors on a list and provide to security so they would know who was on property. We 100% understand and agree that this is a family resort and that rowdy guest will not be tolerated. However, we compiled with all restrictions. If there as an issue we would have rather it been discussed with us so we could find a solution, rather than making things difficult for our vendors and guest. Their treatment of us and our wedding guest was just appalling and I would never recommend them to anyone ever again. Especially not for a wedding.

Great place to stay. Nice pool area. Very safe feeling and very friendly staff. The beach is great nice sand and usually small waves for the little ones. Condos are very clean and fresh. Stayed here a few times and never disappoints.

NEVER RETURNING!!!! NOT TO MENTION FINDING THE HOTEL SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE! They do not have ANY SIGNS TO GUIDE YOU THERE! The view from my room to the beach was nice. but the service is NOT any good. THEY DO NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE, YOU HAVE TO CLEAN AND MAKE YOUR BEDS AND WAS YOUR OWN TOWELS. (Which they only give you 3 towels) SECURITY GUARD CESAR WAS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE TO MY DAD. We arrived Saturday morning and deciding to go tour the city that Saturday night, when we arrived that Cesar THE SECURITY GUARD. All for a piece of paper that you need to display on your front window of you vehicle! ALTHOUGH MY DAD WAS WEARING THE UGLY YELLOW BRACELET that they give you, to let them know that you are staying at the hotel, he kept on insisting and arugring with my dad. I was in the back seat with my ONE year old son, who was asleep and it was windy cold night especially since we were in a Jeep.. I told the security guard to please stop arguing with my dad and let us go through because I would like to put my son to bed and somewhere warm. THE SECURITY IGNORES ME!! After making a call to shut off the electricity to our room he lets us in. I had to go to the office to turn our electricity on, the men in the office were a lot more empathic and kind. THE REVIEWS FOR THIS HOTEL MUST BE BOUGHT BECAUSE I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANY OTHER RESORT!!

An excellent place to come if you want to visit Rocky point with kids. The pools are great for when they are sick of the beach, and the beach is definately within walking distance for anyone. A bit crowded and touristy, but otherwise an excellent place.
