Con la calificación 8.4 está bien habitaciones algo viejas lo peor un guardia llamado julio es un prepotente déspota grosero callando a los huéspedes con un shhhhhh cuando sólo le preguntaron el número de recepción a mi que si que hacía abajo que si que quería pero con aquella despotes si no les gusta su trabajo no deben estar en contacto con los huéspedes porque eso habla mal. El cuarto 309 tiene cosas muy viejas y usadas, puertas rotas, colchones que rechinan, ni sirven algunos electrónicos. El lugar muy bien, limpio y el personas de seguridad muy atento y amable.

No volvería... Las habitaciones tienen cucarachas, las albercas no tienen agua caliente y se supone que es casi 5 estrellas, pides una explicación en servicio al cliente y no les importa el cliente. El precio es alto por algo que no cumple con lo esencial.

Primera y última vez que me quedo en estos condominios, ellos buscan siempre la manera de cobrar más a sus huéspedes, les entrege el condominio limpio y no lo revisan inmediatamente, días después de mi estancia me mandaron un cobro exagerado por unas toallas según ellos dañadas, en los 5 días que estuve hospedado ahí nadie hizo la limpieza ni tampoco pusieron sábanas limpias ni papel de baño creo que por 200 dlls diarios mínimo eso debería de ser cortesía de sonoran spa, no conformes me quitaron 80 dlls de mi tarjeta de crédito por unas toallas dañadas, buscaré algún otro lugar para hospedarme el año que entra... Mi recomendación es si usted va a hospedarse aquí lleve sus propias sabanas, sus propias toallas y su propio papel de baño, y entregue todo lo que ellos tienen ahí a la recepción NO LO USE, se que es incómodo pero es más incómodo llegar a casa y revisar su cuenta de Banco y enterarse de que le han quitado dinero extra de su tarjeta de crédito...

Excelente!!!!! Muy padre condominio nos toco en el área del 1er piso y super cerca de las albercas y la entrada a la playa la pasamos super bien en familia, nos toco temporada baja y super nada de gente,solo un poco fresco pero eso no impidió el disfrutar de nuestras placenteras vacaciones!!!

Mal servicio, las puertas de las recamaras hacían un ruido muy molesto, además que las agencias y la gerencia dicen puras mentiras y al final terminamos pagando muchooooo mas de lo que habían dicho y nuestro viaje termino siendo un infierno porque ya no teníamos otro lugar a donde irnos y no nos quedo dinero para nada.

I loved my experience here so much. The location was beautiful. It was right by the beach. The room was also pretty nice. They had really cool towel and toilet paper arrt and lots of kitchen supplies. The only weird thing was that there were a few locked doors that had signs saying not to go in. The pool was so nice also. The service was pretty good but the security guards were not amazing . Overall this place was just amazing.

We ate at the restaurant in the Resort. Service and turn around time was really good but the food was pretty meh. We had a group of 8 and we all agreed our money could have been better spent elsewhere.

Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The grounds are well kept. There is no swim up bar in the pool but there is a small bar in the pool area. There are no palapas on the beach but lounge chairs with umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Banditos and Changos.

A nice place to stay, but security personnel were annoying...Take beach towels, the want to be resort.. does not provide a towel service...The rooms are nice and all rooms face the beach. If you like to seat on the beach make sure you take chairs... To Management and Owners; Consider allowing paying guest have visitors hang-out at the pool, that is so in-professional to not do so.

Overall it is a fairly standard condo. The views out to the sea are gorgeous, but the building itself looks outdated even though it has been recently constructed. The gym leaves a lot to be desired and WIFI is spotty to non-existent.

Checking in was a breeze, the host is very helpful and organized, the room was super clean and extremely romantic. The pool was sparkling and the beach is sandy. They have a restaurant on site which is awesome for lunch or dinner (not open for breakfast,)pack accordingly and you can make breakfast in your room with the full kitchen set up. (Dishes included) I also had some time in the spa where I enjoyed an hour massage and the best pedicure ive ever had! My husband and I will never go any place else in Puerto penasco. We will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend

I was not very impressed with this hotel nor the customer service we received. For starters we did not have wifi the whole time we were there and when we brought it to the hotels attention we were told they would send someone up ( who never came) and when we called back we were given the excuse "they only have one guy" uh ok well we were there for 3 days and not once did someone come to fix the issue. Secondly, the security bugs you beyond belief, you cant turn a corner or even get out of your vehicle without them being there like flies on s... We rented out two condos side by side and although ours did not have many maintenance issues our friends next door experienced many issues with their bathroom, door not locking properly and so on and so forth. All of which no one cared enough to come fix or even look at. The only postitive thing I must say is the view from the room was beautiful, but customer service and accomadation is a must! Needless to say our next vacation to rocky point we will be staying somewhere else!
