Excelente ubicacion, su acceso directo a la zona arqueológica permite entrar y salir con facilidad aún en horas pico de turismo. Al estar ubicado en medio de la naturaleza invita a la relajación y mayor disfrute de la zona. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y el personal es muy amable. A mejorar es el olor a humedad de la habitación.

Es un lugar muy bonito para iconvivir con lo natural y lo mistico de la zona Arqueologica de Chichen - Itza. El buffet de alimentos estuvo muy bueno. Realmente vale la pena vivir la experiencia.

A la llegada, dos guardias de seguridad nos pararon. Indico que queremos comer en el buffet de Mayaland porque conocemos la calidad del mismo. Me contestan que no puedo pasar si no tengo reservación. Me sorprendo e insisto diciéndole que de verdad me encantaría poder comer en el buffet del hotel y que sé que en cajas cobran como 295 pesos por el mismo. Me responde entonces que si quiero le puedo dar el dinero a él. Evidentemente me rehusé a darle el dinero a una persona que no me va a dar ningún recibo. Le digo entonces que si le causa tanta molestia que puedo ir a comer a la Hacienda Chichen, a lo cual me contestó que adelante... En Hacienda Chichen no fue necesario dar explicaciones y la comida fue excelente. Es una lástima que una propiedad tan bonita tenga un personal tan cerrado y que traten a potenciales clientes como delincuentes.

El hotel mayaland es espectacular en especial el entorno con la naturaleza y la calidez de su gente . Es ideal para quedarse un par de días y visitar los lugares arqueológicos (chichen irza) con calma y tranquilidad pasas del hotel al lugar directamente solo lleva sombrilla ,agua y sándwich y listo . A la vuelta en la misma entrada que conecta al hotel hay pizza espectacular con una cerveza bien helada El hotel es maravilloso solo un detalle Cuesta conectarse de los bungalows para solicitar cena o bebida a las habitaciones Pero hay un mini refrigerador para que compres y guardes tus bebidas

Es un hotel con unas instalaciones muy bonitas y ambiente natural, al lado y con su propia entrada a Chichen Itzá. Muy cómodo con excelente trato y servicio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y relajantes. Tiene su propio observatorio, varias albercas y áreas de descanso, SPA, y muy rica comida para todos los paladares.

Demasiado caro para un hotel que necesita una renovación urgente. El trato del personal de recepción fue pésimo, no siendo capaces de aconsejarnos convenientemente en nuestra visita a las ruinas y estropeando nuestra experiencia. La comida del restaurante es mediocre y demasiado cara, se aprovechan de ser la única opción de los visitantes. El personal del restaurante es encantador, eso sí. No repetiría, a pesar de que el edificio de los años 20, los jardines y la ubicación en plenas ruinas es impresionante. Una pena.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, se tienen unas vistas hermosas de las ruinas de Chichén itza. El trato es excelente por parte del personal. La comida yucateca y mexicana son de primera además, cuando uno está comiendo hay danzas típicas de Yucatan.

Отличный отель в колониальном стиле , большая территория, кругом очень много зелени. Отелю 95 лет. Прекрасный завтрак и вообще кухня. Правда завтраки не входят в стоимость номера. Персонал душевный и приветливый. Номера очень большие с видом на парк с пирамидами. Санузел с окном. Очень понравилось.

Ein Traum im Dschungel Yucatans. Neben der oft erwähnten perfekten Lage zu Cichen Itza, möchte ich noch darauf hinweisen, dass das Hotel selbst schon eine Attraktion ist. Die knapp 100 Jahre sieht man der Anlage an. Man findet nur selten ein Hotel das so viel Charme versprüht. Alle Möbel sind aus Massivholz, viele Fenster aus Bleiglas, der Garten/Park ist sehr schön und das Essen ist auch gut. Es lohnt sich auch 2-3 Tage zu bleiben und die Attraktionen in der Umgebung zu besuchen. z.B. Ek Balam, Coba, Merida usw. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Zu den Bildern: Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer.

Sehr gutes Hotel in traumhafter Lage zu den Maya Ruinen. Super Service, gutes Essen und schönes Frühstück. Zu den Ruinen hat man einen privaten Eingang und ist somit morgens einer der Ersten.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing if only the staff was not so careless in their work. The setting is amazing - you can see the observatory of Chichen Itza from many of the rooms; the rooms themselves are comfortable and well kept; the food is very tasty. The location next to the archeological site makes for very relaxed travelling to the site. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and dining under the stars was really precious. But the front desk staff seems to care les whether or not they fulfil your requests. We never received the towels we asked for day after day. Requests for buckets of ice were ignored. On the day we left, the transport we ordered was nowhere to be found and we had to order it all over again. Visitors need to know that drinking water is not provided with the room and there are no in room safes for valuables. Further, the hotel safe will not accept laptops. These are annoying details because the property charges almost 300 USD per night. 5 star prices for 2 star service. But the sound of the birds in the morning is amazing. And the beautiful grounds are calming and soothing.

Wir haben das Hotel Mayaland leider nur für einen Tag nutzen können. Es ist ein altehrwürdiges, sehr gut erhaltenes und gut gepflegtes Hotel. Hemingway hätte sich hier pudelwohl gefühlt und einige Anregungen zu eins seiner vielen Bücher gefunden. Nörgler finden immer ein Haar in der Suppe. Also vertraut der Mehrheit und genießt das Ambiente verangener Zeiten.

would recommend this to anyone, great choice of a bungalow great for families or also the main building. Beautiful rooms fantastic outdoor dining with lighting effects and one of the few hotels located on the actual active archaeological dig sites you can walk to the pyramids close by.
