Tiene un buen servicio al área de restaurante, pero un cobro exagerado en el área de estacionamiento, y parece que tu vehículo esta secuestrado, y para regresarlo te piden la factura y que todo este en regla, y para colmo la seguridad es prepotente y no te permiten ingresar por objetos que tengas en el vehículo. Aun siendo los mismos documentos que acrediten la propiedad.

Se encuentra ubicado en la zona río de Tijuana, sobre el boulevard agua caliente. La entrada está llena de bellos y verdes árboles con una hermosa fuente central. La recepción es amplia con grandes sillones de cuero y dividida en diferentes áreas. El restaurante es una área amplia con muchas mesas blancas y una salida a un patio externo donde puedes tener un delicioso desayuno y que es ideal para una cena importante. El buffet está separado en prácticamente en tres áreas, una donde sirven lod platos fuertes, un centro de frutas y un atrás espacial para jugos y licuados. El personal es sumamente atento y eficiente y la comida es deliciosa.

Aunque llegue con temor, despues de unos dias me di cuenta de que Tijuana no es como lo muestran en los noticieros. Marriott Tijuana no le envidia nada a los Hoteles en San Diego o Los Angeles. Un Hotel moderno, con un restaurante muy bonito, limpio y muy familiar. La verdad lo que mas me importo fue la amabilidad de sus empleados desde la recepcion hasta sus room attendants, ademas de sentirme comodo y sobre todo seguro . Gracias Marriott Tj ♡

All the staff I had contact with ( Francisco at front desk, concierge, Pablo at the bar, etc) where very servicial and kind. Good experience at Tijuana hope they will upgrade the hotel to the new Marriott concept anytime soon.

This is a classic in the city, upscale service. Friendly staff the upper lever has a butler, rooms are kind of pricey but it is worth paying the price. Located just 2 blocks away from the Xolos stadium beware that those blocks are big blocks almost half a mile walk so be aware.

I had a great time at this hotel. I have stayed at multiple Marriott Hotels around the world and this one is definitely in the top 5. The service is excellent from the free valet to their outstanding Security everywhere. Every time I went to the front desk Edna greeted me with a smile and made me feel like my business was appreciated. If you are looking for a place to stay in TJ. Look no further! My only complaint was their Marriott Burger. It is a tradition of mines to try this everywhere and the bread just crumbled into pieces. Definitely not a burger bun.

I was pleasantly surprised to experience a stellar stay at the Marriott. The room was comfortable and tidy, and the executive lounge was very nicely appointed. The coffee machine worked really nicely and the staff was extremely nice. I also liked the location of the hotel as it was close to a lot of restaurants, even walking distance. There is a gym and pool to utilize and they were very nice to experience.

The staff is very polite and their service is exceptional. I must also say they are very honest. I dropped my mobile phone on the curb just outside the hotel and one of their employees was so kind as to turn it in to her supervisor for safekeeping until the rightful owner appeared. In the parking lot at the front patio at the entrance in the lobby receptionist. Are polite and professional. The room key card must be use in the elecator to access youre room floor and youle see gards rooming around. I took the wife and kids. I felt safe here and to be hones you dont need to go any where if you dint want to. They have yacussis. You can longe in the evening and have drinks or just stay at the bar area the have live small duet. Food i say i good. And yes the do have a Gym

I have to admit, I was not sure what to expect as I had never spent the night in Tijuana before. But my fears were quickly calmed immediately upon arrival. The staff at the Tijuana Marriott Hotel are genuinely warm and caring, while anticipating your needs with extreme efficiency. From valet parking, to the bellhop, to the front desk, to room service, every single staff member I encountered was nothing short of exceptional. They all went above and beyond! Bravo y muchas gracias! The room itself was very clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. At check-in we received complimentary continental breakfast which was delicious, as well as various discounts on their restaurants and room service. All staff members are bilingual. What more could we ask for? We will be staying here again the next time our travels bring us through Tijuana!

We were in Tijuana for a funeral we needed a place to rest so we looked for available rooms in area, we found Tijuana Marriott at $130 a night, upon arrival we are told it is $240 a night. I asked why the internet has same room at $130. She did not offer any explanation, we left very upset at how rude an unwilling to help, no apology or nothing. I will never stay at any Marriott hotels because of this.
