Spent a few months in Playa del Carmen and had my fair share of smoothies. Fruzo definitely had the best. I had probably around 40-50 smoothies from them and they were amazing every time. They also offer regular juices, fruit popsicles, wheatgrass shots, ginger shots and tons of smoothie flavours and option (like adding spinach, flax, chia seeds, yogurt, coconut milk, honey agave syrup, etc) Also have a Connect 4 to play while you wait and the owners and staff are super nice.
