BinChao ChenThe staffs in the consulate are very patient, friendly and helpful. I went to the consulate everyday to check my visa status since my visa in administrative processing. Every single time, they answered my inquiry patiently and friendly, and did their best to issue me the visa fast when administrative processing is cleared. I have been in three different posts and 5 visa interviews. Even though this is the only post did not issue me a visa right away, I still feel being respected and well-treated, compare to some of the other posts I have been to.
