Cancelled three times by calling, once by email, when I made the reservation they said driver would arrive at 06:30. Driver came at 07:30 even though cancelled. Have used many times always OK. BUT their reservation system is appalling and never answer emails.

Terrible customer service. I will never use them again. If you miss your flight because of their mistake they will not take responsibility. Please bring the good shuttle companies back to San Miguel.

OK but took us 5.5 hours to get to Mexico city airport because they dropped a couple off at a hotel on the opposite side of the city before taking us to the airport.

We were picked up at the Leon, Mexico airport when we arrived in Mexico by our driver who was very nice in a relatively new SUV and taken to our residence in San Miguel de Allende. However, we arranged a pick up for our return flight at the office on Calle Jesus, San Miguel for our return flight on Feb 24 and weretold that we would be picked up between 5:30 and 5;40 A.M. I waited with our bags at the door at 5:20 and at 6:00 I called the Bagio office to advise them that we were still waiting to be picked up. We were told that they were very busy but had not forgotten us. We expressed our concern that we did not want to miss our 9:15 flight and were told that they would be there in the SUV or would send a Taxi for us. We continued waiting at the door until 7:00 and still no one came for us. We called back to express our urgent need to get to Leon (1hour and 30 minutes drive from San Miguel) to catch our 9:15 flight and were told that they could not guarantee to get there on time. We had prepaid for the service and indicated that we would contact our lawyer for breach of contract. He then said that he would send a taxi to pick us up. A taxi arrived at 7:10 and drove as fast as he could given the condition of the old taxi and the two lane roads through the villages and mountains. We were the last passengers on the plane. We will tell all our traveling friends about our frustrating and frightening experience to advise them not to use Bajio Go transportation.
