Sin duda de los mejores restaurantes del Valle, lugar, atención y cocina de 100. Pedimos la degustación con 8 tiempos y maridaje y cada plato y vino que lo acompañaba exquisito. Todos los vegetales se cultivan en sus huertas y probamos cosas que nunca habíamos probado. Muy recomendable!!

Come to this place by accident. We went to the Guadalupe valley for an event. But by the time we got there. There was no food. So I looked up restaurants in my phone Laja was down the street. I called to see if it was open and they said yes. So we jumped on our truck headed towards that direction. When we got there they asked if we had reservations and we said no. I asked if we needed a reservation and they said yes. Buy they still gave us the service. Anyway once we got that out of the way. We came to find out that this place had a high end chef from Spain and Mexico City that was in town and he was going to personally prepare the 7 course meal him self. And the cost was 50 buck a person. Anyway to make this adventure short. We walked into a high end place without expecting it and we treated ourselves to some fine dining.
