The Beach-Single Home is designed as a Master Lock-Off which provides three rental options. It can be rented either as a Beach House, which sleeps 8 persons, as a Beach condo, which sleeps 5 persons, or as a Beach Triplex for 18 – 22 persons. This last configuration includes the beach house and two Beach condos!
We offer an eight Car Garage, exclusively for your equipment. Also included is a one car garage, including two driveways. Our community pool is the Sea of Cortez and we offer the best beach slope in front of our rentals. We invite you to visit our location and evaluate it firsthand! We are a five minute drive from town and its many restaurants, grocery stores, Plaza, Curios shops, Street Vendors, Street Musicians, Clubs, Sports Bars and the gaiety of a Mexican Atmosphere!
Outside shower, picnic tables, Beach Shade Palapas, Built in Grills, Private Patio, Outdoor Fire Pit (Beach House only), Wi-Fi internet, A/C, one full Size and one mini size refrigerator in each unit, Office Safe, microwave, fully equipped kitchens, Satellite TV, Fishing Trips, Banana Boats, Ultra Light Planes, Boat-Jet Ski with a launch site two minutes away, our own Kayaks, Team/Owners on site - 24/7 hour security free U.S. calls.
Deals can be offered depending on the time of year, number of people and your length of vacation. Rental rates can vary depending on season and events happening in San Felipe. So if you’re interested in renting for an event, inquiry as early as possible as reservations fill up quickly during event dates.
