Tom helps us service accounts. Besides making sure we run a tight ship when it comes to the communication required from the customer to the plant, he also ran a tight ship in the USA Navy where he served for 6 years, mostly under water, in nuclear submarines.

Juan Carlos is a work-hard, play-hard type of guy. When he is not at the plant, you will most likely find him on a soccer field; practicing with the MARKA-QOLOR soccer team he started that competes against other companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, so he is naturally analytical, even with simple things like ordering a pizza!. He is going on to his seventh year at MARKA-QOLOR.

Vanessa’s role at MARKA-QOLOR demands creativity, legal expertise, and appreciation of the unique MARKA-QOLOR culture. From coordinating free daily massages for employees, to signing team members up for in-house gym memberships; there is never a dull day. When she is not at work, Vanessa enjoys camping with her husband and children. Her goal is to own a Ford Raptor, and fix it up for camping.

Jonathan leads the MARKA-QOLOR Customer Success Department, using proven methodology to monitor and measure its service levels. As a manager, he leads by example. He rolls up his sleeves to work hard alongside his team, and solve problems in a practical manner. When he is not at the plant, Jonathan competes in triathlons and is a dedicated family man.

Veronica has been at MARKA-QOLOR for more than five years. She takes her work very seriously! Her number one priority is keeping customers happy. When Veronica is not at work, she enjoys bike rides with her husband and children; her baby boy carried in a red wagon. She also plays volleyball and tennis, and enjoys attending her home garden.

With an experience of 12 years in sales and customer service, Noe has excellent skills for communicating and understanding the needs of our customers. Always with a positive attitude, he enjoys sharing experiences and learning from his teammates. He also likes boxing, surfing, running at the beach, traveling, meeting new places and sampling good food.

Ivan is a perfect fit for his role as Warehouse Manager at MARKA-QOLOR. He loves a challenge, is very strict about order, and is always working to improve efficiency. In his free time, Ivan enjoys playing soccer and guitar.

Lorena leads quality culture at MARKA-QOLOR, ensuring compliance with ISO and other requirements, and getting everyone enthusiastic about quality methodologies. She loves the outdoors; when not at work you may find her driving her lifted Jeep Wrangler Sahara with mud tires.

Victor is MARKA-QOLOR’s go-to guy when it comes to structural design. He has more than 10 years in the graphic arts industry, and it has given him a critical eye for detail. He is very passionate about his work, and is always looking for new ways to innovate. Outside of work, Victor enjoys boxing and playing soccer.

Noe oversees the Mexico accounting department. He is an amazing speaker, and as a token of appreciating for MARKA-QOLOR supporting his continuing education (he is studying his masters degrees) heknown for his motivational speeches. Safety is a #1 priority at the plant; every team member must speak about it. The team looks forward to Noe’s presentations. He is a committed family man, and enjoys attending MARKA-QOLOR charity events.

Mario came to us when we committed to ISO 27000 certification which we initiated in October of 2015. Mario is a quiet, yet very savy IT person. He is also an avid gardener, and our San Diego facility we started growing wheatgrass weekly and juicing it for a nutritious morning shot. He conquered the idea, and now leads it in our Tijuana facility.
