El lugar está limpio y hay espacio para estacionarse. La recepcionista que tienen MUY LENTA, OLVIDADIZA y jamás regresa las llamadas. Vacuné a dos mascotas y lleve a bañar (porque no pasaban por ellos) y nunca me dieron las cartillas y si quiero pensar mal no sé si realmente los vacunaron... En otra ocasión programé su baño y JAMÁS LLEGARON, marqué y me dijeron: "se nos descompuso el carro para pasar a recoger" pregunté ¿porque no habían llamado? Y respondieron: "Se nos olvidó"...

Llevamos solamente por un baño a nuestro shih tzu y lo regresaron rapado! (El pelaje iba en buenas condiciones y se le da mantenimiento regularmente). NO LO RECOMIENDO en absoluto!

Excelente atención, cuentan con muchos servicios, se preocupan por los pacientes y los identifican por su nombre, lo cual para mí significa que no los ven como un costal de carne sino como seres vivos a los que hay que cuidar y querer. Si tu mascota está enferma, hacen todo por encontrar cuál es el problema.

Pésima atención al cliente. Nada comunicativos ni eficientes. A lo mejor el o la doctora son buenos en diagnosticar y resolver cualquier problema en las mascotas, lamentablemente su personal no les hace justicia. Llame e hice cita dos dias antes para no estar esperando y voy de acuerdo en que aun así hay que esperar pero 1hr y media es una grosería. La recepcionista se quejó del constante ladrido de algunos pacientes con uno de sus compañeros y su brillante respuesta no nada mas frente a mi, si no a varios que esperabamos fue "Es el pitbull, ese perro es bien enfadoso". Quede encantado con la pasión y profesionalismo de estos personajes.

Bad service by the receptionist. I went in because my dog has a severe skin infection and pregnant so we took samples of the rash for lab exams and the receptionist did not have prices for the exams nor the prescribed medicine so we did not pay and we agreed to pay upon returning when the lab results were done 5 days later. We called and were jnformed the samples were never sent to the lab and my dog suffering for days with no exact known medical condition to care for because it was not paid for on the initial day we visited. Not recomended at all extremely bad service. Also the vet whom attended me was unsure about everything he would comment on. He was uncertain and slightly nervous.

I bring my 2 yorkies here to get the full grooming package, bath, style, and poo poo gland expression. They are always incredibly affordable and they always send my babies back smelling fresh and looking dapper with a cute bandana or bow. I never see any knicks or cuts on them, which is awesome because they have come back traumatized from other groomers in the past. The only issue is that they have made mistakes with our appointment scheduling twice so be sure to double check with them and maybe call them the night before to reconfirm your appointment. We had to turn around and cross back to the USA after someone there messed up our appointment. Not fun when you have to wait 2 hours in line with two restless pups!

Outstanding service! Vets over here in the USA wanted $500 per dog for teeth cleaning/removal...we have 4 dogs...found this Vet Playas on Google search...had good reviews...called the (619) number and made an appointment...little hard to find, but once we found the place...we felt at ease leaving our dogs there for the day while we went to the beach...we payed like a $100 per dog...for everything it was awesome, no surprises...they let us know how much the different procedures were, and to our relief they were way lower fees than the US vets:)

This Clinic is exceptional...very very friendly staff,,,more than capable Doctors and aides...My dog Sasha enjoyed her stay here and had eye surgery here...She is doing Very Well...I would go back here again if and when either of my dog needed any type of treatment** :) Extremely Happy with Vet Playas!! and would recommend this Clinic to everyone..
