Great staff always willing to help. Beach right there, although not always swimmable, but the guy overseeing would always direct to the more safer area - which was very close. Good food, pool area was awesome, cleaning staff was always on top of things. A great experience and look forward to our trip next year.

On the second and third day of our vacation our room flooded twice. The second time our master bathroom, bedroom, and guest bathroom were completely flooded. As a results of this clothes and designer baggage on the floor were damaged. We called maintenance on three separate occasions to fix this problem. Our room was upgraded due to it being uninhabitable. When we arrived at our new room on Saturday night after three hours of dealing with the hotel staff all the ceiling tiles were missing in the master bathroom. Exposed electrical and conduit remained even after the tiles were put back in place due to the extremely poor condition and construction of the ceiling track and tiles. Besides the rooms we stayed in being uninhabitable we have a litany of incorrect charges associated with our room. The customer service we have been shown is reprehensible.

The food is good, definitely try the Bella California (Italian food with a wood fire oven). The beach is nice, the pool area was always well maintained and is salt water, so no heavy chlorine smell.

Nice accomodations with some very good food on site. However, we like to roam around and look at different things in an area. Staff at this resort can be a little pushy and try to make you stay and do everything through them.

My daughter and I stayed here Dec 19-26/2016 and our stay was fabulous. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the food is amazing and the location on the beach fantastic. The store across the street is perfect for anything you may have forgotten. It was cute to see Santa arrive by horseback and give out candy to the children.

Really nice luxury resort. Great pools and wide arrange of services. Have a great view on either side of the building city view or ocean view. It comes with a like selection of refreshments but those will be extra if you take one :(. But overall the people are really helpful and will make you feel welcome.

Left a do not disturb card on the door. The maid came in and now we are missing 60.00. Better leave your valuables in the room safe if you dont want them to come up missing. Lesson learned
