Stephanie CoteAfter much hype, terrible experience. Filled with bored, unqualified sales staff, "hanging around" fighting over sales commissions in an obvious, in-your-face manner, without offering any actual insight on the products. Also, should you happen to purchase an item, refund policies are complicated and include a 10% penalty fee off the total purchase price for undamaged goods. You are better off to purchase from Apple Mexico online, Costco or Best Buy Mexico. More information on products, better chat support service and refund policies. The only attractive offering of the Mac Store is the support personnel for Mac equipment repairs and services. Very personable and helpful.
