The Distillery Todos Santos

In 2010 several of us were sitting at the Baja Brewing pub at Cabo Villas Beach Resort talking about how great it would be to have the first artisan distillery in Baja Sur making local spirits to call our own.  With the help of a few friends, two years later we did by opening a bar/restaurant "The Distillery" in downtown Todos Santos, game on.  After Odile in 2014 when our original location was destroyed, we have been building our new location and have expanded adding La Fuente Winery.  Now at our new location just north of downtown we are offering our home distilled "Baja Midnight" Vodka, Moonshine & Chocolate Moonshine, 3 house blends of Tequila, all for tastings & cocktails. All Baja Midnight Spirits are gluten free, Moonshine from sweet white corn and Vodka from sugarcane.  La Fuente Winery offers both traditional wines and local favorites like Jamica Wine.  Our tasting room bar and picnic area are perfect to relax and enjoy the artisan wine & spirits. The fermenting, distilling, and bottling operations are underway so come in and sneak a peak.  We are proud to host special events including movie nights, local authors, musicians, artists, weddings, and community benefits.  We look forward to seeing you at The Distillery & La Fuente Winery tasting room.
