Sandra CaStayed here for a week, for my sisters wedding we rented 4 rooms, first day service was fine, helpful and very nice. Second day through the last day not so much. We got stuck in the tropical storm Lidia and water was rushing in through door jam, got all of our luggage wet and we asked to be changed rooms and they refused. They came to "check" on water coming in and to address it and only brought 1 towel to put in front of door. Room was humid and stayed wet for the next 2 days rest of our rooms were fine. Breakfast was the same everday nothing fancy. Service lady in the breakfast kitchen was often rude and only was receptive when tipped :/. On 4th day asked to heat up some water for a instant soup and they refused. When we asked for cleaning service first day they skipped my room. And didnt clean it until the next day no big deal but we didnt have towels for pool. Pool was nice and warm. We wont be staying here again.

Karma KeysThe grounds were beautiful. Nice Mexican feel. Rooms ok. Ok beds. Nice and clean. Pool real nice. Breakfast not worth bothering with. Noisy. Had a large group swimming late at night and outside party that was very loud. Rooms not well insulated.
