Es un hotel cálido y lujoso a la vez. todo el personal es amable, el ambiente es tranquilo pues los niños tienes su propia alberca y club de juegos, además de contar con varias albercas y jacuzzi. El sky pool es precioso y la comida riquísima ;) yo volvería cada que pudiera Las habitaciones son preciosas, cómodas y limpias; también se puede ir a conocer los otros 3 hoteles pueblo bonito de los cabos pero no lo recomiendo pues éste es el mejor para qué perder el tiempo?? también me he alojado en el rosé y no me encantó espero lo remodelen y hagan algo similar al sunset pues la playa del rosé es preciosa y divertida a diferencia del sunset que su único defecto es que no se puede uno bañar en el mar pues es mar abierto y no te dejan ni acercarte a tocarlo

We planned to be at this hotel for my birthday. However, once arriving to the resort after a long day of travel we were informed that our reservation was cancelled (even though we confirmed it the night before) and they would not be able to accommodate us. They offered no other explanation or help beyond that. Thank goodness we were able to find a room at The Marquis, which was beyond amazing. Oh the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica offered to let us take their shuttle to The Marquis after they cancelled our reservation and then charged us $40 for it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone if they want to feel confident about having a room when they arrive in a foreign country!

The resort itself is beautiful and the staff very nice and helpful. The meal at the golf course was disappointing due to poor service and very high prices. We didnt golf what looked like a beautiful course because the green fees were ridiculous.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a true gem! This place has a laid back atmostshpere and allows for you to move at your own pace. Lots of amenities to enjoy and great meals at all locations on the property. The Towers include personal Bulter service and access to a private lounge. If you planning a visit to Los Cabos I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

I would say really really really bad hotel with lots of mosquitos .. My husband I got really sick there.. we had to come three days early!! No body was willing to help us out.. I hated it ...if you want to get bitten by misquotes then Go for it.. Very bad hotel .. Lots of insects everywhere in the hotel .. We did not get our refund back even we came back three days early .. Food also made us really sick .. We had Very bad experience ..

We have been timeshare owners since the conception of Sunset Beach. We have always enjoyed our time there. Staff is friendly and prompt. Not to worry about communicating. All the the staff speak fluent English. Suites are always clean and attractive. Many places to diner on premises that include everything from room service to upscale. You can even cook in your own kitchen. Many pools to choose from. Shuttles to other Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo are available to you.at no extra costs. Very secure resort. There have been times that we have never left our Sunset Beach location, but the town of Cabo is wonderful and safe.

We had some trouble with reservations due to some units still being out of service from the storm, but they took care of us well. The spa facilities and services were fantastic. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This place is a sham. The property is beautiful but the service and food are awful. We paid $3200 for 5 nights of all-inclusive, and I feel ripped off. The food is the quality of public school lunch. You call room service and no one answers, the beds are dirty and uncomfortable and best of all, you get harrassed to buy a time share every 2-3 hours. Stay in town where you can eat good food and are not stuck at a resort trying to squeeze every nickel out of you they can.

Resort and facilities are good. Internet is quite slow and is down several times a day. My biggest beef - we took the all inclusive package that includes alcohol also. The cocktails are extremely watered down. Just fruit juice and almost no alcohol. Waste of money on the drinks
