A pesar de ser uno de las cadenas hoteleras de gran posicion, el Dreams Los cabos deja mucho que desear. Se termina la comida, la atención del personal (En algunas áreas) es mala, no te atienden o ponen caras. La limpieza en los cuartos es siempre a medias. Me he quedado en hoteles de la misma cadena en otros destinos y es totalmente diferente y muy recomendable pero el de los cabos le falta mucho por igualar.

El lugar es lujoso. Tiene vistas muy hermosas a la playa. El detalle está en la dependencia en el clima, que no permite el acceso a la playa. En general el servicio es bueno, pero podría ser excelente si se esmeran en resolver pronto las peticiones de los clientes. Se requiere mayor variedad de alimentos, ya que todos los días es lo mismo. El lugar es muy caro.

Me voy a tratar de ir por área: 1.- nos vende una clase PREFERENTE. Nos ubican en el 6 piso, pero junto a la pandilla de vendedores de paquetes que desde la madrugada se la pasan en su fiesta privada, corriendo por los pasillos y ya te imaginarás el desorden. Nadie los para pues para el hotel eso es lo que les importa. " El que ya compro ya bailo" 2.- los meseros en la playa y alberca, INSUFICIENTES PARA LO QUE COBRA EL HOTEL 3.- el restaurant Portofino, se lleva el premio al desorden de servicio, todos corriendo cosa que da idea de que no hay quien los maneje con experiencia y sentido común. NO ME QUIERO ALARGAR EN MIS RECLAMOS. Hemos estado en otros de la cadena y como conclusión: esta experiencia me dice QUE ES UN GRAN ERROR CAER EN EL JUEGO DE LOS TODO INCLUIDO. PUES ADEMÁS DE QUE NO TE VAS A BEBER NI A COMER LO QUE TE CUESTA, NO TE DAS LA OPORTUNIDAD DE CONOCER LOS RESTAURANT Y LUGARES DE INTERÉS DE LA CIUDAD POR ESTAR COMPROMETIDO A SACAR PROVECHO, BUENO O MALO A LO QUE TE COSTÓ.

For our first time doing an all inclusive resort, we had a great experience! The workers were so welcoming and humble. From Luis, Elias and the rest in the front were always smiling and so helpful. Beatriz and Yolanda our concierge called to confirm our events and helped with our activities. Carlos at the front desk remember our names and was so nice. At the bar Sarai, Armando, and Alan made us great drinks and were very kind people. Having the hotel next to the beach and eating breakfast outside by the buffet was very relaxing. Overall very clean and good food. We will definitely be back!

Our overall experience at Dreams Los Cabos was good. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days, and had a very positive vacation until the last night at the resort. We ate dinner at the Sea Side Grill and was offered wine while at dinner by the restaurant manager who did not speak very good English. We were under the impression that the wine was part of the all-inclusive drinks and meals package that we had been enjoying during our vacation. Once our meal was finished the restaurant manager(Gilberto) insisted that we owed him $200.00 for the bottle of wine. We refused to pay for the wine, as we felt we were not informed that the wine was not included in the all inclusive drinks and meal package. During check out the next day there was a wine charge to our room for $72.00, I ask to speak to 2 different resort managers to explain my version of what took place the night before and why we felt that we were not responsible for the bottle of wine. We finally agreed to pay 50% of the $72.00 as we were running short on time to get to the air port. The restaurant actually kept the bottle of wine, so we only ended up drinking a glass from the bottle. I did appreciate the manager working we us to split the cost of the bottle of wine, but still felt like we were trapped into this charge. I would be cautious when ordering wines or top brands of alcohols as they are not always part of the all inclusive drinks and meals package.

Dreams Resort was beautiful and absolutely luxurious. The rooms were big, gorgeous, and clean. Our room was located on the bottom floor, which was nice because our patio from the back door led out to the pool without having to walk all throughout the resort. The pool was exquisite, just like the entire property. We loved the in-pool bar, and the all inclusive feature. The restaurants in the resort were very delicious, along with the breakfast. If you want somewhere nice to stay in Cabo San Lucas, this would definitely be the place. Gorgeous for weddings too, as we saw one take place on the beach.

Found this all inclusive hotel through Costco. The experience is what you would expect of a high end resort plus a little more. The only downside would be language barrier if you do not speak Spanish. I would highly recommend staying here for vacation.

This hotel was amazing. We will be returning shortly with our family, as there is so much for them to do there. Staff is top notch, and Miguel Paz, the executive chef makes the best shrimp that any of us have ever eaten....I mean yummy! We also had a dinner fit for kings at the Portofino restaurant. And...whale watching season. You can see them from the hotel from time to time! Entertainment is fun and lively! DO NOT MISS MEXICAN NIGHT!!! Thank you everyone at Dreams! We have been to many all inclusive resorts and this one is definitely at the top of our list!!!

We had the best day because of Rolfie, Hugo and Julio! It started with water aerobics with Rolfie which was a blast! He was funny and engaging and so happy. Then it was time for dance lessons. Oh my goodness! SOOO much fun!! Hugo and Julio were great and awesome dancers and teachers--loved them! But my personal favorite was Rolfie.

Very upscale resort with nice, spacious rooms. It was recently renovated after the hurrican hit them, so the rooms are also new. Although you cannot swim on this beach, its an easy 10 minute walk to a close beach. The resort is close to both San Jose Del Cabo and Downtown Cabo. I definatly recommend this hotel, and will stay again. (Food on the resort is also very good)

For an all inclusive vacation in Cabo, Dreams Resort is a good way to go. First off, the grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are huge, almost like mini apartments. It is clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. There are many pools and restaurants to choose from. Take a walk on the beach or book one of the many activities with the concierge if you get antsy. I attended a wedding here and Dreams really delivered. Paradise it is!
