Desde que cambio a Hotel Aeropuerto bajaron su calidad. De entrada no me avisaron de su nueva política de retener un cargo a la tarjeta de forma obligatoria. No había ni toallas en la recámara y el servicio del comedor muy bajo.

Even tought the room was OK, I basically got stolen from these people. They made me pay a "temporary deposit" (which was even more expensive than the room price itself) when I checked in. Today, almost two months after the issue, they haven´t returned my money yet, and even worse every single time I try contact them, both they do not reply or make up any silly excuse not to give my money back. Worst service I have ever seen.

The room itself is okay. The beds were small and the Bathroom was small as well. You have to put the hotel key inside the slot for the power to work and the AC to work

We needed a hotel near the airport for one night and booked at the last minute. To be honest I was surprised at the low rate (it is not in or near the Hotel Zone, but the property is clean with an excellent small restaurant with reasonable prices so ala carte breakfast was a treat. The only thing that we found troublesome was the low water pressure and barely hot enough water, otherwise and considering the price.

Arrived late at night and needed a place to crash. Despite a delayed flight, everything was perfect. The shuttle was there waiting for us and the check-in took less than 5 minutes. Clean and modern rooms.

Not bad for an airport hotel in Mexico. We stayed overnight when a hurricane hit Cabo. Hotel got damaged overnight, but the staff was always resilient and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had food and water
