El hotel es muy bonito, muy grande, tiene vista al mar y las albercas son de buen nivel. La comida en general y el servicio a cuarto es muy caro y no vale la pena. Asistí a un evento y al llegar me cobraron más de lo que decía mi reservación en línea, me cobraron cargos extra, impuestos, y no pude renunciar a ese pago porque la señorita de recepción me dijo que ella ya no podía mover ningún cargo; además, mi recámara la entregaron 2 horas tarde. Si el hotel rescata 3 estrellas es meramente por estética.

Ubicado a tan sólo 5 minutos del centro de Cabo San Lucas, en el fraccionamiento Cabo del Sol, se encuentra en una de las playas más hermosas de Los Cabos. De una arquitectura tipo hacienda mexicana, con amplios corredores al aire libre y hermosa vegetación por donde camines. El spa es fantástico. La atención inigualable.

Excelente resort! Lo tiene todo, varios restaurantes uno de ellos es restaurante De Cortez que es el fine dine del hotel, con excelente comida y cava de vinos. El Cactus Spa tiene tratamientos y masajes deliciosos y hay 5 piscinas para no aburrirse... El personal da un servicio excelente y definitivamente la arquitectura del hotel te remonta a una hacienda colonial mexicana. Si quieren experimentar México en Los Cabos este es el resort donde hospedarse.

Me encanto el lugar desde el hotel hasta la playa. Posee una gran vista hacia el mar de Cortes y su playa (aunque este prohibido nadar) es muy divertida estando SOLO en la orilla de esta. Las habitaciones son muy hermosas y grandes, cuentan con 3 baños completos, cocina completa y cuartos con camas queens y king, y aparte un sofacama tamaño queen. El lugar cuanta con muchos deliciosos restaurantes, gimnasios y ademas albercas limpias, amplias para la familia y o demas personas. Es mi mejor experiencia vacacionando. Simplemente me encanto.

It is a gorgeous resort!! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are well kept and clean. Prices are a bit high as well as taxi services to and from the city/airport. I would recommend renting a car. For your stay. The food is also really good, but again a little pricy compared tp.other places in Mexico I have vacationed. Over all a great place to relax.

The Hacienda del Mar has the most attentive and helpful staff, along with restaurants with fantastic food and drinks. The resort is rather friendly to those who have a hard time getting around, as they have 4-8 seat carts available on call to your room or restaurant on request from staff or concierge. There are roughly four pools with a direct view of the beach, and even pools specifically for kids to play. There is plenty of parking if you rented a car, and if not, they have a shuttle that goes to the town throughout the day. Where the resort begins to fumble is the quality of room service, which at times tasted sub-par in comparison to anything else I had in and out of the resort. It is better to stock up at the store for late night cravings. The rooms, depending on what size you get and the random roulette of chance, can have some maintenance issues, which to the resorts benefit, will be resolved quickly when you notify the concierge. The rooms themselves are not extravagant by any means, but are comfortable nonetheless.

Not sure if this is a hotel problem or an Expedia problem. I booked 2 rooms on an all-inclusive meal plan as an incentive trip for my employees. When they got there the guests got charged for the all-inclusive part. Then at check out they were charged a second time for their meals. So to sum it up I paid for the "all inclusive" at booking and again at check-in and still had to pay for meals" 3 Times. thats right I paid for the meals 3 times. And to make matters worse they had us spend 4 hours of our vacation to explain this on the phone. And as of yet have done nothing about it.

The Hotel overall was great with a friendly staff and great service, make sure you do not leave anything behind when you check out because you will not get it back. we checked out of the hotel last Sunday, on the way home my wife remembered that she left her expensive Tory Burch sandals in the room so we called housekeeping, they refused to talk to the people that moved in the room after us and have not called back a promised. so there is a maid running around with a very expensive pair of sandals. we are member of Sheraton Starwood which we plan to cancel

It is a gorgeous hotel. Probably one of the nicest hotels that I have ever scene. It has a beautiful gym, great restaurants, huge pools, and a spectacular beach. While on the beach, you can watch whales play as they transit the cool waters. You can swim and surf but the currents tend to be very strong and the can be VERY dangerous.

This resort is beautiful. We went during the off-season, so it seemed like the hotel was secluded and quiet. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all super friendly. We enjoyed our stay here, and all the great restaurants and bars. The pools were clean and landscape was well-kept. The Sheraton is also centrally located, and an easy drive or taxi ride to Los Cabos or Cabo San Lucas. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a nice vacation club. As should be expected, facilities are great, staff is very attentive and prices are high, since you are basically "trapped" in the area. Unless you have a car, be prepared to spend some money on meals (which are good btw). If you got the car, you can always go to walmart and buy some stuff, which you can store and cool in the room.

Hacienda del Mar was exquisite. it was a little more expensive than other places, but if you want a romantic getaway, without the SPRINGBREAKERS, then this is the place. It is well manicured and well maintained, the food is amazing and the staff is attentive to your every need! You could get lost on the property, and find new restaurants and new swimming pools, and places for your children to play. Not to mention that the GOLF is amazing also. I had a great time there, and I would definately go back. This has my ULTIMATE SEAL OF APPROVAL.
