Deplorable yo lo busque en internet y lo escogí solo por su área de juegos. La comida es un asco en los restaurantes te cobran los platillos que según para ellos son buenos. Los cortes los camarones etc, los snakcs son un asco el servicio de los meseros es pésimo las instalaciones no son malas pero la verdad no vuelvo comimos y cenamos ayer lunes y hoy martes pero a partir de hoy comemos fuera estamos en la habitación 121 reporte a la una de la tarde que en la habitación 117 dejaron platos con comida en el pasillo y eran las 7:00 y no los recogían, hoy pedí toallas y pasó una hora y eno las llevevanan en fin en general está pésimo solo por que tengo mis niños y ellos disfrutan él área de niños sino me cambiaría a otro de hecho voy a buscar opciones mañana esto lo escribí hoy martes 12 de septiembre desde el martes reportamos que el teléfono de la habitación no suena y hasta hoy no lo han arreglado reportamos el martes la secadora y hoy viernes nadie ha venido a arreglarla. Es una lástima porque las instalaciones no son malas pero el servicio da mucho que desear y la comida del bufett es un asco nada tiene sazón y es lamentable porque como negocio cuesta lo mismo hacer una comida insípida que una comida con buen sabor y esto pasa porque no prueban lo que sirve porque no hay control de calidad 15 de septiembre siguen sin arreglar la secadora hicimos reservacion a uno de lis restaurantes a las 7:30 y no nos dejaron entrar que porque no estaba nos fuimos a comer a un restaurante fuera regresamos a las Díez y media a pasar la noche mexicana en el lobby pedí un minuto y que no tenían limones pedí una cerveza que solo tenían Tecate me lasirvieron caliente pedí dis jugos y que ya no tenían que mediocridad en plena noche mexicana y ya no tener nada o lo esconden para no gastar de verdad es un asvo de hotel por cierto el internet no ha funcionado toda la semana uso quieresbinternet en el lobby u otra área te lo cobran

El hotel está ubicado en la corredor turístico de San José del Cabo; está cerca de otros grandes hoteles. Tiene muchas habitaciones que en general son muy amplias y cómodas; la desventaja es que casi ninguna tiene una completa vista al mar. El servicio es excelente; el personal muy amable y atento con los huéspedes, sobre todo en los restaurantes y bares.

Buenas tardes, actualmente sigo hospedado en el hotel,, mi estancia terminara en 3 dias mas, y la verdad ya quiero que termine,, la mitad del personal es muy amable y la otra solo te mira que eres de brazalete azul o invitado externo y no te hace caso, gaste 6 mil dolares en este viaje y minimo espero de su parte una excelente estancia, en primera el recepcionista yuls un patan contratado de un circo, se puso en plan altanero conmigo y mi madre en 2 OCACIONES, y hace rato en el jacuzzi solicitamos una carpa y no nos hicieron caso, en lo personal yo trabajo en servicio al cliente,y es lo primero satisfacerlo aunque este no tuviese la razon , una mala recomendacion no es gratificante para un hotel como este, y con la pena pero me atrevo a comparar a cualquier otro hotel de cancun y no se compara con el servicio, por ovbias razones no volveria a los cabos muxho menos a este hotel, al menos que pasara algo extraordinario estos dias, habitacion 635 637

Miren me fui de luna de miel y el lugar esta muy bien, como me gusta, frente al mar pero lo que siempre pasa es que te quieren vender tiempos compartidos acambio de certificados de hospedaje o eventos que no valen la pena. Mi recomendación es que vayan al walk art los jueves por la capilla de San José y verán que vale la pena.

En cuanto al servicio de bares y restaurantes todo de 10, hago una mención especial al la capitana de meseros Karla que siempre tuvo una !! Excelente atención!!! Siempre muy atenta y eficaz y una atención incomparable. Aparte de ser una mujer muy linda y atenta, muchas gracias karlita.. Porsupuesto que regresaría muy familiar..

El servicio es malisimo excepto por algunas personas, pero son contadas, los meseros te atienden de muy mala gana y los rebasa el trabajo por lo que ni te pelan... hay muchisima preferencia por el turismo extranjero mas que el nacional... de pronto cierran los restaurantes y te obligan a ir a su show... hay cierto elitismo... y aun asi, hay ciertos meseros que agarran parejo a todos atienden mal!!! Good value. Friendly staff. Family oriented. Good food selection for the first 2.5 days then you are ready for a change. Drink selection is limited. Great room sizes but not luxurious. They Claim to have a gym but its very small poor lighting and a chemical odor with 20 year old equipment. Overall they facilities were clean, well maintained and the experience was more than what we paid for. Booked through Costco Travel.

Very clean and family friendly. The staff goes out of there way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Cannot say enough about the wait staff, so happy to see us every morning. Sra Carman made the best casadia and had this great smile to greet everyone. Jose, the pool towels person always happy you see us and help find the perfect place to lounge around the pool every day. Juan was our conciar did a great job with helping us get medical care for our son when he got sick, no it was not from the resort but from some bug he picked up on the airplane. I cannot forget Sr Ventura always made sure our drinks where full and fresh when we where pool side or on the beach. Great place to chill out. Not fancy not dirty just a great place for families

It was good. 1st off the staff was great and the place was spotless. i thought there was a good selection of food and it was really good. we all loved the pizza place. if you havent been there they have a few guys cooking fresh pizza everyday outside. the pools are nice and the outside is kept very clean. i really only have 2 complaints. and 1 is a deal breaker for me if i was to return. 1 the kids play area needs a few little repairs nothing major. my son loved that area but i noticed a few things. 2nd which is huge for me. the beds were horrible. i woke up pretty sore everyday. if you like a stiff mattress then you will love it. we had 2 different rooms and both beds the same. we also asked a few people there and they complained about the same thing. if they get new beds i would go back for sure.

Terrible all around. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel that was not all inclusive and still paid the same amount since we did not experience any of the inclusive benefits. How can you accept a reservation and charge extra for two more people then tell us at CHECK In that we can not eat at any on site restaurants because they only take reservations between 9-3?!? We were forced to eat at the buffet which was less than terrible! We DID NOT EAT! We were told we old order room service, did that and they got the order wrong. Not only did they bring the wrong food once but six times! Thank God we are only here for one night. Do not book this property. We will never return to this property.

During our first time in Cabo, my boyfriend and I wanted to try the ammenities at Solaris so we purchased a Day Pass (12PM-10PM) for $58USD. The mixed drinks, dinner buffet (Western style. included cold salad bar, soup, cheese and crackers, chicken with cheese sauce, salmon on rice, grilled fish, rice, pasta, mixed vegetables, fruits and desserts) and evening show were all decently good. The only complaint is that we were not allowed WiFi, unless you purchased it for $10USD/day; something that is absurd as you can even go to a local cafe for free WiFi. Though our time was good, I would recommend trying other resorts for their day pass, such as Hyatt Ziva and Cabo Azul

Pretty average. Best thing was the decent staff and reasonably ok food. The worst thing was all pool chairs covered with towels all day every day, the weak quality of the entertainment, and the very prominent 2 tiered service for timeshare owners over all inclusive guests. We booked here because it was the 2nd cheapest option in Cabo, we got what we paid for really.

So far it has been nice. A lot of drinks & fun! Not much to see around everything us by bus. 1/2 from Cabo San Lucas. You will be approached by many people trying to get you to listen to their presentation.

Staff excellent, restaurant food excellent, alcohol ok for all you can drink, entertainment good, buffet food not edible. Be prepared to go out in town for a good meal unless you can get reservations at one of the on site restaurants.

Just got back. We love it and we were a little scared to go here after reading the reviews but I dont know what they were talking about cause the food was good and even some others days better. Yes it a time share. Our room was very nice and clean yes it is older resort but they keep it up.. I wish they would clean the halls and stairs. And the lawn chairs dont go all the way down so you cant lay on your stomach so you can tan your back side. Karina was our great guest service. And I think they should include shuttle and wifi...But the drinks could be a little stronger but if you ask for a extra shot they will if you are nice and friendly to them. We cant wait to come back next year..

Hotel experience was ok for the price.. but the salesman, Shawn, was horrible.. he lied to me about my optional package schedule & he ruined my vacation.. I never recommend this hotel because of their offer for the membership program & horrible manners.. You can get better service somewhere else for the price...
