Xiomara CortesWe hired services with outlet Chiapas for 13 people. Upon our arrival we noticed the transportation van name was Mexica tour with that said some of the services Outlet Chiapas promised were not what we got. For example we were suppose to go to a small town to see the pottery being made and we only got 15 min to shop instead. Also in a van you could fit 15 people and manager Laura decide to separate our family into three vans intead of keeping Us in one van and adding two people to the van we were in. We tried to explain what we wanted to the manager and she was not wiling to listen to us. Her attitude was rude and opponent. I will definitely not recommend Outlet Chiapas.
