Julieanne GeeWow! ClickIT really saved my project for me. I was in the process of switching from a Godaddy shared server to a Media Temple dedicated server and was getting lost in the process of setting up the dedicated server. On top that, the backend to my WooCommerce store was taking about 30 seconds to load my products... it was unusable. Once I contacted ClickIT I explained my situation, they understood the issue and got started right away with a dedicated tech supporter who I could chat with and receive updates on the project. His communication with me was clear and he made me feel like I could trust him with my project. The process took about a week and they kept in communication with me and answered all the questions I had. Now the backend of my site loads my nearly 10,000 products in about 6 seconds, and my server is finally running smoothly. They also cleaned up the front end of my site so it runs faster now too! I will definitely be using ClickIT services in the future, they were worth every penny. I recommend them to anyone needing help with optimization, security, migrations, server set up, etc. Thank you so much ClickIT!!
