Reserved a full-size car 2 months in advance. Upon arrival was told there no full-size cars available. BS total Bill was supposed to be $166. Turned out to be $723. Supposedly Mexico does not accept expedia insurance which I paid for on advance. Played with psychology and scammed since the employees knew we needed a full size car. Never rent from this idiots ever again. Worst company to deal with as you can see from all the posts.

Daniel HaasEverything was totally fine, no complaints at all. Booked a premium car, got a Toyota Camry with 40k km on it and appr. 3 years old. A few dents and not in the best shape but totally fine and above expectations. Asked if I wanted premium insurance when I picked it up, which I declined since I was covered through a third party. Had a little accident during the rental and the whole process when returning the car (damage report, payment, etc.) was 100% professional. Received all documents to claim with my third-party insurance, and the cost of the damage was less than it would have been in Europe.

Castelar FilhoNever ever rent at Alamo in Mexico City. Terrible. I rented an automatic car and they gave me a manual... No excuses and very rude attendent. Go to Avis, it seems better

Jennifer ChranowskiI agree with what was written before, reserving a car on the Internet does not earn you of how much their insurance is going to cost. However, the guy that helped us was sympathetic and put a 2nd driver on for free! It was more of a hassle than expected.
