Si lo que buscas es cerveza ilimitada y piscinas grandes este es tu sitio. Para mí fue una decepción total. Playa de piedrecitas en la que duele meterse (cuando la del pueblo es mucho mejor), trato que deja mucho que desear, decoración mediocre y comida terrible (salvo el desayuno). Ojo a los supuestos vales por $200-400 incluídos en algunas habitaciones, porque sólo se pueden gastar de $40 en $40 en distintas actividades carísimas, con lo que al final es un timo que no beneficia al cliente sino a la administración del hotel. Así se lo dijimos en recepción y básicamente nos contestaron que nos aguantáramos. Sinceramente, preferimos perder los "vales" a pagar una "cena romántica" a precio de cenar en un Estrella Michelín. Ambiente hortera con espectáculos para hacer las delicias de los fans de Celine Dion, la mayoría de restaurantes (malos), salvo el buffet solo están abiertos por la noche, los cócteles son servidos de botellas de 2 litros en 5 segundos... En fin, si de verdad quieres disfrutar de México quédate en un sitio bonito, más pequeño y con más encanto, y sal a comer a los restaurantes locales.

Muy bonita playa y se preocupan por mantenerla limpia. La comida es excelente. El restaurante Francés es de lo mejor. Múltiples albercas distribuidas en el hotel. El personal es muy servicial aunque cuando estás en los camastros de playa pasan muy pocas veces a ofrecer bebidas.

My husband and I stayed at this resort July 2017. It was amazing the place is beautiful and the staff very gracious and accommodating, Luis from the buffet lounge was amazing, Claudia and Jazmin were also very nice. There was nothing wrong with this resort but the BEACH. The beach was not as nice,it was small and rocky, I was told that they are updating it. Hopefully when we visit again the BEACH will be nicer. I totally recommend this resort.

We had a fabulous time here! Room was nice and always clean, people were great here. Service was awesome for the most part! Great pools, hot tubs and ocean views ! Our favorite server was Tania she was always there when we needed anything while sitting at the pool! Anna Banana ( from entrtainment ) was awesome and so nice to us, always remembered our names and talked to us ! We met some very nice people from all over the US and Canada! Would recommend to anyone! Beautiful place!

My husband and I loved this Resort- the service was wonderful, the food was very very good and some dishes were exotic. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable along with live music each evening. The beach was beautiful with soft sand and everyone that I came in contact with was very kind. The rooms were also well kept up and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this resort!

They hound you to upsell constantly. Pander for tips and approach you frequently through your stay to attend timeshares and sister properties to pressure sales you into more upselling. Not "all inclusive" as they advertise. Even in the pool, they send spa salesmen , photo salesmen, you name it...the dinners are the same, they find reasons to hound you for tips and added cost.

Went to secrets silversands in April for our Honeymoon. We arrived to bubbly and cool towels and a warm welcome. When we got to our room it was spectacular - rose petals everywhere a bottle of fizz and an amazing view! All staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The Silversands hotel, is a great hotel to holiday in. We spent one week here. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Our room was on the ground floor and had direct access to one of the many swimming pools. The choice of restaurants is very good and the menus change daily. Our favourite was Oceana and the Asian restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a week in the sun.

Having a really relaxing week here at Silversands. The food and drinks are great and the setting is beautiful. The staff is friendly and the hotel is at a very private spot and close to the airport. I highly recommend it.
