El peor servicio al cliente, solo te llevan con mentiras a las oficinas. Cuando intentas pedir las tarifas que te prometieron en el aeropuerto te dicen que no existen que quien me dijo. Lo peor es que aceptan que sus trabajadores en el aeropuerto "a veces" dicen otras tarifas. El gerente Luis Redonda solo salió enojado a decirme que el no me va a dar el servicio que me fuera de la oficina, todo esto a las 11pm. Nunca vayan ahí!

Una atención excelente, precios muy buenos y el carro que me asignaron nuevecito y sin problemas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo; otras arrendadoras eran muy caras y con millones de requisitos. Paseamos por todas partes!!!!

Generalmente mis experiencias con Alamo son muy buenas, pero aqui en Cancun me dieron el carro con 1/4 de tanque de combustible (que en realidad era menos) y el carro tenia bastantes desperfectos y rayones...

Buen precio pero al final siempre hay letras chiquitas, en mi caso rente un auto para mi esposa y pague con mi TC, al principio me dijeron que no había problema, después me salieron con un cargo adicional por conductor extra pues al ser yo quien paga me consideran el conductor principal aun cuando yo no hice uso del auto.

La atención del personal es excelente pero lo que no me agrado tanto es que por un vehículo sedan en este caso un gol de vw me pidieron 11 mil pesos en garantía en tarjeta de crédito, eso no me lo mencionaron cuando llame por teléfono por suerte contaba con apenas el suficiente para cubrir el monto, los autos y el servicio esta muy bien

The car and service were good. My only complaint is the reserved online price was really cheap but when we arrived they made us buy extra insurance so it was double the price I was expecting. I dont like those kind of surprises. The shuttle to the airport was fast, the staff was friendly and we got a free upgrade because of the price issue. The Jetta we got was also very good.

Gebucht übers Internet von Deutschland aus. Alles kein Problem soweit. Abholung von Flughafen mit dem Shuttlebus war auch noch okay. Die Vermietstation ist völlig überfordert. Lange Schlangen bevor man endlich bedient wurde. Personal eigentlich sehr freundlich. Natürlich wollten sie einem ein größeres Auto anbieten. Aber darauf muss man sich nicht einlassen und es wird einem auch nicht aufgeschwatzt. Die Papiere auf schlecht englisch-spanisch erklärt. Das Auto naja. Sauber war es auf jeden Fall und von außen nicht beschädigt. Die Stoßdämpfer waren halt defekt, aber das liegt wohl an den Straßen, dass die schneller verschleißen. Sonst lief das Auto ohne zu mucken und hat uns von A nach B gebracht. Bei der Rückgabe wollten sie allerdings ne Versicherung berechnen, die wir gar nicht abgeschlossen haben. Achtung: die gebuchten und die nicht gebuchten Versicherungen werden durch Abkürzungen aufgelistet und keiner weiß, für was sie stehen. Nach reichlich beschweren und meckern, wurde die Forderung aber fallen gelassen. Also: Augen auf und sich nicht von den Leuten und dem ganzen Stress nerven lassen. Alles erklären lassen

Самый ужасный alamo, очень дорого, долго, впаривают все подряд, машины не фонтан. Когда сдавали машину, нашли что то погнутое под!! Диском. Взяли доп деньги, повезло, что хоть не дорого. Депозит пока ещё не вернули, а почти месяц прошёл

Over charge. Be aware of small print. I was late delivering the car in 40 min. (That after they ware 2 hours late delivering to me after I sigh the contract) And still charged me 75$ that after they tried to charge 125$. So I paid 75$ for 40 min that in actuality I was not late. When a rental for 24 hours is only 50 $ Will never rent there again

Great service but like everything in Mexico be careful of the up sale. Get educated on rates before you go there. Rates in Mexico by law have to include the minimum liability insurance. Make sure you bargain to get the best rate.

This place is terrible. Complete chaos getting a car, shuttle, or returning a car. The car we finally got was so badly damaged the guy gave up writing which parts of the car had damage and just circled the whole car. Also I had been cut several times when we got a car and then again when I had to return it. Staff could care less. Truly a zoo.

The car was in good condition, but I made my reservation on Priceline for around US$7 a day, and the price ended up to US$30 a day, they told me it was because of insurance cost, buy never fully understood the amount composition.

Cars are nice however a midsize is equivalent to an economy in the US. Service is extremely slow even when returning the car because the salesmen are spending their time trying to explain deceived customers about the hidden taxes and insurance fees that pop up at time of reservation. You will pay way more than what originally expected.

Basically few tips while dealing with this location. If possible do not give them you credit card. If you gave them your credit card make sure check in online banking they do not overcharge you. If they give you Nissan March with no power steering and central lock just send them to hell and ask for replacement. They must give you car with power steering and central lock. Buy all required insurances in advance through alamo website. In this car you will not see weird charges on your statement, And the last tip. Avoid this place.

RENTER BEWARE I had a rental for 3 days that was supposed to be around 30 dollars. They forced me to buy insurance for 140 dollars on top of my 30 and said otherwise they would place 3500 hold on my credit card. I also saw people outside getting scammed for scratches on the car.

1. Terrible experience 2. Before getting to Mexico I called Alamo to get insurance quotes. The person helping us told us that the insirance option he was offering me was the cheapest option they had until I told him that I had called Alamo corp. And they told me a different price. 3. They had to switch out the car 3 times before I left the facility. The cars kept braking down. 4. The car was a lot smaller than what I reseved online 5. On the last day coming back. We almost lost our flight because the car would not start. They had to semd someone to fix it. After waiting an hour for someone to come the guy didnt even know what was wrong with the car. The car turned on out of nowhere. Lol the repair guy and I were looking at eachother very confused. 6. The guys bringing the car to you were very nice and respectful but the experiemce over all was extremely stressful.
