El hotel está muy bien, la comida está MUY bien, buen ambiente y la atención es excelente, el GRAN inconveniente es la playa, está llena de algas, no puedes ni nadar, y aunque limpian todos los días no se puede estar en el mar, y por lo menos yo para eso tomo estas vacaciones, así que si quieres estar en el mar definitivamente no lo recomiendo.

Es un complejo muy lindo , tiene una buena atencion por el personal, solo q en estos momentos estan trabajando justo enfrente de la alberca que da a la playa y uno de sus restaurantes, asi q llega a ser molesto escuchar sierras martillos etc y en vez de ver el mar desde la alberca, (infinite pool) pues estan los trabajadores.

Si pues nada, en estos momentos estoy en el restaurante el patio y ordene unos "tacos" de camarón y que me han traigo unas flautas que literalmente no saben a nada, ni siquiera a tortilla. Por favor no anuncien tacos si van a entregar flautas, ya saben, los extranjeros pueden pensar que eso son los verdaderos tacos. Cabe mencionar que soy chef por la cordón Bleu, trabaje tres años en el restaurante Biko (SÍ , ese mismo) y por lo tanto consciente o. Inconscientemente evaluó cada plato que degusto. La comida bien, pero pueden mejorar y yo con gusto podría ayudarles. Saludos.

Huésped con mi esposa Beatriz del 14 al 20 de septiembre de 2015 en la habitación 1535. En la encuesta de salida, omitimos que con mucho, el empleado más atento y servicial con la camiseta del hotel bien puesta, fue durante nuestra estancia de 7 días el Señor IGNACIO TUK BALAM del Restaurante OCEANA. Excelentes servicios en cuartos, restaurantes y desde luego su personal administrativo de la recepción. El pelo en la sopa fueron los alimentos del room service: Consomé insípido, croissant de atún insípido, club sándwich que era puro pan y únicamente rescatable "la ensalada césar" estupenda.

This place is beautiful! Its larger than I previously thought, but not too large that you hate walking aroung. The beach and pools are beautiful, clean, well staffed. The rooms were clean, beautiful decor, and a decent size. I think my favorite part about this resort was their spa! It was very unique and had many service options.

All inclusive such is nice. Two big pools, one infinity pool, and large section of beach with volleyball and a tiki style swing bar (like you sit on swings at the bar). Variety of restaurants to choose from, however keep in mind they ate only open for certain hours each day. The rooms are spacious and very nice, you even have the option of two conjoined rooms if you are traveling with a group. However, no hard alcohol will be delivered to your room and the bars and restaurants all close at 10pm.

We stayed here to celebrate a wedding and our resort experience was excellent overall. From the preferred club, front desk experience to dining choices and the lounging options, to the outstanding master suite, our time at the resort was the perfect balance of relaxing and fulfilling. Room: Huge. Common areas, living space, bed and bathrooms were contemporary and well maintained. AC worked very well and amenities were kept sucked by staff. Wifi: a little spotty outside of the room but when in suite very strong. If your expecting to stream anything by the pool I would think twice. Eats and drinks: the restaurants were above average for resorts. Food near the pool was a great filler and bar tenders kept drinks flowing. Not a lot of notable hospitality behind the drink transaction. Club: good snack options and bar has better labels. Beach: cleaned pretty regularly of seaweed. Still pretty littered. Towels and club huts were readily available and well tended to. Overall - worth it.

My husband and I were married at Dreams Riviera Cancun in February 2016. I was a little apprehensive about the entire experience as I was unsure what to expect; it can be a little scary to not see and taste a lot of parts of your wedding day. It was WONDERFUL! We had a moderate wedding with minimal "add ons." The details of the wedding and the wedding day were beyond my expectations. The bouquet was gorgeous and very well made. They staff took care of everything and surpassed my expectations. They provided champagne in glasses immediately after the ceremony which I did not know about. The food was amazing and I am a bit of a food snob. I wanted a simple, elegant cake and I was unsure how it would turn out (again, not seeing it ahead of time); it was perfect! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams Riviera Cancun to anyone wanting a gorgeous, stress-free wedding experience!

We enjoyed our stay and unlimited food. Kids enjoyed the explorer club. Would have been better if the partition between Jacuzzi tub and sleeping room was a wall instead of just screens. Also, would have enjoyed more programs everyday. Enjoyed swimming pool a lot and unlimited drink and food. Staffs were very friendly and prepared custom food every day-as and when asked for my son(4 years old). We also enjoyed little coffee shop. We had to pay extra for spa. Seaweed at the beach was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed it a lot, except for the price part.

Went for a wedding and had a great time. Beautiful setting for the wedding, the sea and the beach here is incredible. The food at all the restaurants was of a good standard, not exceptional but excellent considering its all inclusive. Very good level of wine and spirits available, could up the beer selection though - a good continental larger would not go amiss! Excellent coffee at the café. Rooms were lovely, comfortable bed and temp, always spotless and well stocked. We had a plunge pool providing a nice private area and a cool down when needed. Only draw back is the toilet... could be less see-through. Plenty of things to do nearby, we went to the Tulum archaeological site, a cenote nearby and also hopped across to Cuba since the airport was so close.

My daughter and I just returned from a weeks stay @ Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa. It was our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We had a wonderful stay! We did opt to upgrade to the preferred club privileges that were offered. Our room was nicely appointed, the restaurants were nice and had a nice variety to choose from. The resort was clean and the grounds were neat & well manicured. Most of all the staff & service was awesome....especially our breakfast & lunch server Martin Sanchez!! he was excellent!!
