Por donde empezar, el hotel es hermoso, cuenta con todo para que puedas estar tranquilo y disfrutar realmente, la comida deliciosa, todos los restaurantes son exquisitos, pero tenemos que resaltar IL PESCATORE, fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario de novios allí, nos hicieron una mesa romántica, la atención que nos dieron es única,ya que hicieron que esa noche fuese especial, nuestro agradecimiento es para todos los empleados de allí, Selene, leslie, Cristhian y el chef de esa noche y en especial el mozo Filiberto quien fue el que nos atendió en esa noche y en otras más y siempre fue impecable y eficiente en su trabajo ! Una vez más,muchas gracias!!¡ El.hotel en sí tiene una atención impecable, y resaltó esto tantas veces porque TODAS las personas ahí son amables, y eso realmente hace que te sientas en casa y quieras volver, que estoy segura que así lo haremos La conexión de WiFi es estupenda,podes ir a la playa con la conexión sin problemas, tanto el lobby como el bar en la playa son increíbles!! La piscina y las actividades también son muy buenas !!! Una vez más,agradecida por estas vacaciones espectaculares

Es un lugar maravilloso. Nosotros reservamos por booking. Llegamos y la atencion de recepcion muy buena. Habia reservado una triple. Cuando vimos la habitacion era pequeña y no era triple. Al otro dia me acerque a recepcion y le hice el comentario de la equivocacion y en 10 minutos solucionaron el problema. Con respecto a la comida en el restaurant Albatros es abundante desde los desayunos y demas colaciones. La limpieza es excelente. En la playa los camastros y sillas muy prolijos. Volveria.

En general esta bien, los restaurantes sirven comida normal, para mi el mejor es el Il pescatore, comí excelente, los demás no muy buenos, en el desayuno, normal, nada muy bueno y no hay jugos naturales. PÉSIMO. Fuimos un grupo de estudiantes de unas 300 personas para realizar nuestro viaje de paso de ecuador. Nos aconsejaron insistentemente que depositásemos todo lo de valor en las cajas fuertes, asegurando que el hotel se haría responsable si desapareciesen de ahí. Casualmente nos robaron de la caja fuerte y nadie se responsabilizó ni mostró ningún interés por facilitarnos ningún tipo de ayuda. Concretamente, me robaron 350€, entre los cuales estaban los 65 que debía pagar de tasas de salida del país, con lo cual, de no ser porque iba con un grupo me hubiese quedado desamparada en Méjico. Muy mala experiencia con el trato en cuanto a este tema. Muy decepcionada, he realizado varios viajes al caribe y jamás me había ocurrido algo similar. NO DEJÉIS NADA EN LA CAJA FUERTE. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Camas y no solo una y un sofa camas . Tambien deberian mejorar la musica y sobre todo las picinas que son muy chiquitas para tanta gente , las actividades en la noche tampoco me parecio buenas , me parecieron aburridas y con poca animacion hacia el publico. Parecia que estaban trasnochados o cansados pero tampoco me gusto .

El único pero que le pongo es el servicio de tour que te ofrece aunque supongo o quiero suponer que no tiene que ver con el hotel, es molesto que te quieran vender membresías o tour de forma insistente quitandote horas de tus vacaciones, aunque esto sucede en casi todos los hoteles.sería genial que controlaran esto. Por todo lo demás estupendo

Pues la zona de alberca es muy simple, la comida de regular a buena, lo que mas me llamo la atencion, que el dia del check in no tenian la habitacion y nos mandaron a un cuarto con vista al jardin, no estuvimos de acuerdo, y para solucionar el problema nos dieron un brasaleta negro que era V.I.P, y nos mandaron por esa noche al hotel Hyat Zilara que esta a un costado, ese hotel era cinco estrallas, estaba hermoso, Total al dia siguiente regresamos al hotel y nos dieron la habitacion que reservamos.

Great family resort, food was good. They have a burger stand up on the beach for lunch, those burgers were awesome, make sure you try those! Beach is clean, we did get ants in our room, but they moved us right away. Service was great, and the areas for the kids are perfect!

It is great here! We did the all inclusive and it was the best choice! The food is great. All the employees are always there to provide anything you need. We have a view of the beautiful blue ocean from our balcony. You can leave the door open to get the wonderful sea breeze. The main lobby is really open which makes it great for socializing and meeting new people.

This hotel has its positives and negatives. I had a group of 30 stay here, we booked 2 queens for rooms. We got there and were assigned rooms with a king and 2 cots. They did not switch our rooms. If you lose a room or towel key it is a $10 or $35 fine. If you want to actually get into a restaurant before 10pm you have to wait in line a half hour before it opens to get a table. The lines get very long. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part, some rude. This hotel is a very loud atmosphere and always has activities going on. I could hear everything in the hallway when I was sleeping and that kept me up all night. Food at the restaurants was good. Good wifi most times. Lots of cabanas on the beach!

최고는 아니지만 올인크루시브를 맛 보기에는 충분한 숙소. 호텔존이 지금 성수기라 초고가를 호가한다. 미리 예약한 덕분에 훨힌 저렴하게 예약 했으나 현장에서도 현금(멕시코 페소)내고 바로 투숙이 가능한 듯하다. 시설은 좀 노후화 되었으나 룸바닥이 타일로 되어 있어 더럽다는 느낌은 없다. 다만 침대가 바닷가라 그런지 좀눅눅하다. 온수와 에어컨은 잘되나 소음이 조금 있다.

VERY UNIMPRESSED, DISAPPOINTED AND Frustrated!!! Staying here for a vacation/wedding and have been here two days so far. All together our group is 145 "All inclusive guests" staying here spending hard earned money. The front desk staff has been very unaccommodating and we have complained repeatedly. The food is ordinary at best, not much taste here for the amount of money spent. My immediate family is housed furthest away from the rest of the family. I have politely complained three times about how far we are staying from everyone else. We have senior grandparents and there was no complimentary wheel chair. There are rooms available but it is "upgrade" and additional fees. We paid a lot of money and with the additional spending the hotel will stand to gain a substantial amount of money. Why would they not be accommodating and work with us after the complaints, the extra money we are all spending. I had a much better experience with Westin the last time I came. If you value good service and accommodation then take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very average. Amenities were not that impressive and the building was old. The 24 hour "snack bar" was hamburgers, nacho cheese, and hotdogs that sat under heat lamps for who knows how long. Even though i respect everones opinion this time this hotel has no room in your vacation. First the lobby is open to the out side and checking in took over an hour even though only 2 people in front of me super hot lobby no AC. The only bar is in this lobby which you will not be comfortable and again no AC. The hotel is completely dated the food less than ok. Service just takes forever to tace care of your needs. The pool was also way way too small and because its over crowded the water is super greasy and dirty from all the sun block. I have a video the shows the hotel as is it message me if you want to see it.

This was my first time in Cancun, and this hotel was a great all-inclusive experience, with shows every night, activities all day, and free drinks all around. The multiple restaurants allow you to eat somewhere different every day, and its all gourmet food. Its within walking distance of downtown and Aquaworld excursions.

This place was amazing!! The staff was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. They definitely cater to your every need. The food was awesome and had a huge variety with multiple restaurants to choose from. The drinks were very good and endless ;) watch out for the bar tender Albertico aka Tico lol he makes drinks that sneak up on you and are very yummy! He also was very kind! Also their entwrnatment organizer Sabina was awesome and was always getting us involved with daily activities like volleyball, horse shoes, water ball etc... I would definitely come back and the all inclusive is a steal of a deal!!!

Very nice resort, family friendly. We had to move rooms once because it wasnt what we paid for. During the move we were lied to by the person at the front desk saying that rooms with hammocks are only available on the 1st floor for safety reasons. At first we were okay with it but then we stepped outside and saw that the majority of the rooms up to the 6th floor had hammocks. We went back the next day and requested to move rooms- bc thats what we had paid for. The majority of the buffet food is o.k. however the food at the restaurants are fantastic. Staff are great and attentive. Everything is reasonably priced.

This system is the largest scam on the face of the earth... We have 270 "FREE WEEKS" only to be charged almost $300 per day PER NIGHT... Then we were told we could sell our weeks easily, and they had people that would help us do that ("so we could easily recoup our investment in no time"). Well in 2 years we have yet to have a taker. Then we were told that we could trade our weeks for cruises and other locations only to find that they charge you $200-$300 to do so. Then we stay there thinking that every meal is going to be "fine dining" only to find they seldom have any reservations left (no matter what time you call) Oh the place is gorgeous ... do not get me wrong... but the scam is scandalous!

This was the worst vacation ever. First we go to check in and are told that our rsvp was messed up and it was only for 1 person. The amount we paid was for 2 people but since Travelocity put the rsvp in, they would need to change it. Since we couldnt get anywhere with Travelocity we had to pay an extra $800 so I could stay. We had origionally paid $1600. The resort admitted that we had already paid for 2 people and would be reimbursed the $800. Over a month later and were still fighting with the resort. Now they are claiming we only paid for one person to begin with. The other issue I have with this resort is it poured the first night we were there and our room flooded. I get out of bed and slip on the marble floor covered in an ince of water and fell flat on my back. Not even an apology from these people. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else if you go to Cancun. They will rip you off.
