De los mejores para el "Todo incluido" , tiene varios restaurantes que requieren reservación para ir a cenar con diferente temática cada uno. Snacks desde hamburguesas y mariscos en la zona de albercas y playa , al igual que "casi" cualquier bebida con o sin alcohol (incluso puedes pedir chocomilk).El staff es amable y siempre esté muy atento a que tu estancia sea satisfactoria.

Ojo, el hotel está en remodelación. Por el momento hay una zona del hotel que está muy ruidosa y hay mantenimientos mayores lo cual es bueno a la larga pero incómodo cuando uno está ahí. El personal es muy amable; la comida de´los restaurantes de buffet podría mejorarse. Yo tengo una membresía del vacation club pero olvidé llevar la credencial y me pedían que entregara copia del contrato para acceder a algunos beneficios lo cual resulta complicadísimo si uno justamente está de vacaciones, no me han dado respuesta a la fecha del correo que envié a través de su portal de Vacation Club para aclarar este tema.

Un gran lugar para pasar vacaciones, la comida muy variada. Estuve en una cumbre éramos más de 300 personas y todo salió con mucha altura. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. El acceso a la playa es bueno, sería mejor si el bar de la playa lo cerrarán más tarde no a las 5pm, así como la cevicheria. Volveré.

We spent our honeymoon here and we were very impressed by the conditions at this hotel. The room was very clean with a large bed. The hotel has over 10 restaurants with different cuisines. It also has a bar pool and a beautiful beach. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly. We had a room at 4th flour with a view on the lagoon.

We just had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and it was fantastic! We had 56 guests fly from around the United States to join us and stay for most of the week. Not only was the wedding day perfect and stress-free, but the whole week was amazing. The staff was fantastic. Special shout out to Sandro at the lobby bar, and the 2 guys working the pool bar all week - they made sure we were well taken care of. Also Lucia, our wedding planner, was great! She made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy the entire night :) We are all already talking about our next trip back!

We called the front desk and they sent someone to speak to them about smoking in rooms. The smokers immediately stopped. The front desk manager even moved us to a junior deluxe suit with ocean view and an outdoor jacuzzi. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this place just be courteous to other hotel guests and if you do smoke, go outside in the patio.

We just returned from Cancun and I have to say, the Fiesta Americana Condesa-Cancun was awesome! We had the best time. Every person at the resort was helpful, kind and went above and beyond, EVERY SINGLE TIME. From the moment we checked in with Edgar, our experience was over the top. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, The selections of food and restaurants was wonderful. The pools and the pool areas were clean and tidy and the pool staff was helpful, quick and super friendly and fun. The evening shows were great as well. We will definitely be going back and we highly recommend the Fiesta Americana Condesa-Cancun.

The resort is very good for the price. The drink service is excellent. I was expecting to have to get my own drinks but in most cases I was served. The room and food is the reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5. I was expecting better good and my room was originally not available (they wanted me to stay at a different resort). They were able to get me a room eventually.

We came here for our Anniversary celebration and hoped for a fun time and what we got was an incredible great time. Not only our stay was amazing, but customer service to the amenities were just top notch. The food and drinks choices were amazingly delicious and abundant. The resteraunts were incredible and the people who worked here were like family. I will definitely recommend it to everyone and plan to return again. We took part in their turtle release program, celebrating independence day with an outdoor feast and entertainment and fireworks show, watched live pro boxing at the bar, had 24 hour room service, and enjoyed daily activities like zumba and outdoor paella cooking classes! Special thanks to the chefs Moises, Gabriel, Josue. Cheif Concierge Diego Primo, guest service manager: Fabrizio Montemurro Matre de: Cesar for all their great service, the servers Claudia, bartender Alex on the beach for keeping us all happy and filled, Gabriella and Alberto (entertainment) for their attentive service . I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel because they were prompt in requesting our needs and questions and they hospitality was superb. Not many staff spoke fluent english but was able to get by with the little spanish I knew. Our junior suite was comfortable for the 3 of us and we had a beautiful view of the beach. Requested to have a room away from the nightlife noise and there was no issues with that . The pool was amazing, poolside food was perfect, and the staff very friendly. Think about exchanging dollars to pesos because it is more convenient.

My friends and I just came back from a guys trip to Cancun. Some of us have been to Cancun several times. While this Hotel is indeed very clean and the staff is very serviceable, it was by far not the best in Cancun. I still think the Fiesta Americana Villas Cancun‎ hotels are better.
