Las habitaciones son muy bonitas con vista al mar, el baño es vistoso y muy bonito además de amplio, las camas son muy cómodas duermes muy rico, tienen sistema de cable por si decides quedarte en casa y ver television, pero lo mejor es que queda muy cerca de la playa y del mar, y si no quieres mojarte en agua salada, hay una piscina muy amplia en la que realizan eventos muy divertidos, una experiencia agradable!!

Hospedarse en el piso Club indispensable. Nos fascinan los detalles del servicio, la buena comida, lo cómodo, el maravilloso gimnasio y el vapor. Toda la panadería y pastelería. La temperatura de las albercas, el bar, en fin..... llevamos años repitiendo.

Club level awesome view but not worth the money spent. Children were running freely with no shoes and yelling loudly. Food presentations were always low because families decide to use this feature as their meals throughout the day depriving other guests (staff did not do an adequate job of replenishing). Kids should not be allowed on this floor. When on vacation most people want a quiet and relaxing environment especially when you pay extra for it.

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient; the food at the restaurants was delicious; the beach and beach services were great.... our room was kept clean and fresh all the time during our stay. <

My wife and I just returned from a 15 day stay at the Ritz Carlton in Cancun. We enjoyed every single minute, the hotel rooms, restaurant choices, food and beverage quality, pools, sunbeds, gym, etc. - everything is just amazing. The best part though was the excellent quality level of the service staff. Extremely professional, charming, always friendly, seemingly never in a hurry, helpful and quick. Ritz Carlton, we shall return!

Wonderful, understated service. For instance, we asked for extra coffee capsules for our room, and the house keeping staff remembered it for the following days, preemptively stocking the room with lots for us. Delicious food at all the restaurants, and friendly beach side services. Clean, elegant rooms, all with views. Highly recommend.

Asked about the football game front desk said they would check and leave a message but no message took 10 minutes to find on tv. Would have been nice to have that message. The 5 Star Villa Del Palmar was way better than this 5 Diamond hotel as far as amenities, design, service, friendly staff, restaurants, beach, etc. Was only here because he conference I attended was held there. I stayed at the Villa Del Palmar before The Ritz-Carlton.

My wife and I visitted the Ritz for dinner in a private Casita for what we hoped would be a romantic evening. All our expectations were exceeded. The Casita, the service, the food were truly 5 star. Thanks to the staff it was a special occasion and we will go back every time we are in cancun.

Everyone cares at the hotel! My wife slipped at the pool deck and 2 people showed up to help including the life guard who was stationed on the beach. His name was Nicholaos. She was not hurt but just slipped. We felt special and did not feel as though they were wanting our tip $. Exchange your USD $ at the front desk as it is better exchange rate than airport. $100 got us 1,600 peso. The food was GREAT food!
