Rafael S.I bought a bike bell here and the quality was really bad. I came back to the shop asking to exchange it for a better more expensive one paying the difference. While the guy who services the bikes agreed that the original bell was substandard, the lady in charge said that it could not be changed because it had been used and had been taken outside of it original packaging, which was just a small stapled zip-lock back btw. Very disappointed.
