Ashley KingTerrible company would not recommend to anyone. Paid for 2 excursions for 4 people, they messed up our second excursion and put us down for Chichén Itzá instead of xenotes. When we said something to the person leading our excursion he cut our bands off and sent us to someone else for help. We called the person who sold us the tickets at the excellence playa mujeres resort and he told us it was our problem and to find our own ride back to the hotel. Terrible customer service! We spoke to his supervisor who offered us an evening event to which we agreed as that was our last day in Cancun. We were told we would be picked up at our hotel. Waited at our hotel and they called 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there and told us we would need to find a taxi and pay for it ourself to go to the excursion (over an hour away) or we could have a coupon (like we would ever use them again). They did not deliver on any of their promises and refuse to refund our money.
