    Es un lugar bello, tranquilo, muy buena atención del personal, la verdad que no tengo quejas, muy buen servicios en la gastrinomia y en lo domestico, los empleados tanto administrativo te responden con buen trato. En fin lo catálogo de muy buen hotel, para podar unas merecidas vacaciones.

    El un Hotel hermoso, cómodo y perfecto para relajarse, todo el personal es muuuuuy amable, el hotel tiene detalle que hay que reconocer, te da regalos al llegar y durante la estancia. Super limpio, lujosos y relajado. Maravillosa la vista desde las habitaciones. El restaurante delicioso! El año pasado x error decidimos otro hotel y nos arrepentimos!Volveria Aqui, toda la vida!

    Es un lugar de primera, su servicio, instalaciones y calidad de los alimentos en el restaurante Flor de Canela, son una delicia para los sentidos. Pueden mejorar la presentación y creatividad de algunos platillos pero Grand Residences es garantía de satisfacción.

    Would rate 0 Stars if possible. We are currently staying at Now Jade and wanted to view the hotel grounds for potential visits. It was dark and no one was outside. Before we even got to view the pool a worker rudely approached us saying it was private. I understand the rules, but we where potential buyers. Now Jade is much better, welcomes people from everywhere to visit and be potential buyers. Our room faces this hotel and my wife and I have noticed that there is not much activity at this hotel. Maybe this is why. No one is having fun here. Just from this alone we will never stay here nor will we recommend anyone.

    Amazing villas and service. Truly a 5 star resort. Kitchen you would dream for in a home. Down side is that it is out of the way and requires transportation to other places.

    Amazing facilities. Very private and luxurious accommodation. Gives guests the feeling of exclusivity. The property specialist is very helpful and showed us around the entire property including upcoming phases. Beautiful place, would definitely stay in the future.

    First of all I want to state that the Grand Residences is not open to the public, it is for owners and guests, only. It is rate #1 Hotel on the Riviera Maya. Simply put, it is 5 star by all standards, period.
