    Es un excelente hotel con playa privada tiene gran variedad de restaurantes y bares, de igual manera cuenta con distintas actividades y entretenimiento. 4 Piscinas al aire libre. Cuenta con club infantil gratuito tambien hay servicio de cuidado de niños en la habitación este es con cargo aparte (niños entre 4-12 años). Wifi gratuito.

    Excelente atención e instalaciones. Limpieza en las habitaciones, restaurantes, alberca y playa. El único "inconveniente" con el que me encontré es que había algo de sargazo en la playa; pero creo que es un fenómeno natural, por alguna razón generalizado en esta época en el Caribe; sin embargo, aún así se disfruta la tranquilidad y temperatura del agua. La atención en los bares es muy buena y para personas como yo que no tomamos alcohol la barra de jugos naturales está genial.

    Les doy 2 estrellas por las siguientes razones: 1.-No se daban abasto en los restaurantes con el personal, tardaban en asignar mesa, no tomaban orden de bebidas y el área de bufette demasiado pequeña para todo el hospedaje. 2.- Hacen distinción entre los huéspedes (Nos invitaron a retirarnos de un área de camastros de la playa que porque era área para clientes privilege, teníamos a una bebé dormida ahí y cabe recalcar que no había ningúno de esos clientes privilege. La playa estaba vacía eran las 8:30 am. En resumidas cuentas, no lo recomendaria a nadie.

    Me gusto en general casi todo, la comida...... La verdad, le falta un poco de variedad y sabor, pero se deja comer. Lo q si me molesto, fue en club Kids, mala atención a los niños, no por descuido, x actitud!!!!! Q mal yo trabajo con niños y me molesto lo q viví allí!!!! En general, los cuartos .....Mmmmmmm ricos!!!!!!! Y todas las áreas hermosas!!!!!

    No voy a pararme en detallar el por qué de mi valoración, solo diré que por el precio pagado, el servicio recibido ha sido pésimo, solo se salva de mi valoración una persona, Yordan recepcionista del turno de noche durante nuestra estancia, del 5 al 12 de julio de 2017, solamente te tratan bien si eres estadounidense y vas siempre con un fajo de dolares para dar proina, si no, el trato es penoso, las instalaciones antiguas, no funcionan los ascensores, repito si no das propinas hasta tienes que subir las maletas hasta el cuarto piso sin ascensor como en mi caso. En definitiva no recomendaría este hotel por nada del mundo. Debo decior que he hecho viajes de Cooperación Internacional a varios paises de centroamérica y sudamérica, en hoteles con muuuuuchas peores instalaciones, y jamás me he quejado no soy exigente, pero si pago por algo, espero el servicio contratado. Es la primera vez que realizo una valoración, y siento que haya tenido que ser negativa, pero espero que la gente , al menos sepa donde se mete si decide ir allá. Y también espero que todos los que vayais, disfruteis y que tengais otra experiencia.

    No me ha gustado.No volveré. Estamos en una habitación cuarto piso sin ascensor y no me parece normal.La playa no puede ser peor.No.lo recomiendo a nadie salvo por los restaurantes que están muy bien y el personal muy amable.

    Personal muy atento y profesional, la comida excelente. El único pero es la cantidad de sargazo en la playa, y pese a que el personal lo retira, es muy abundante y obviamente, poca cosa puede hacer el hotel.

    Todo increíble solo la cuestión de la reposición de jabones, por lo demás comida, bebida y servicio todo muy bien. Sólo hay que comprender los conceptos de los restaurantes. Por lo demás es excelente todos muy amables y sonrientes. La boutique también tiene muy buen servicio.

    La mayoria de excelencia exepto por la antwncio cuando llegamos un tipo que tiene la cara morena con manchas blancas fue un poco payaso y nos dio la habitacion hasta las tres como debe de ser pero le comentamos que yo me sentia mal, me dolia la cabeza y aun asi no quixo hacer nada por nosotros.

    Estoy en provilege, el servicio es mejor, porque dan cerveza en bote Heineken, desayunar a la carta, comida y cena, toallas sin tarjeta, y vinos de los mejores, don julio, herradura, absolut, appleton. Etc. Pero es un poco más caro, 1700 por persona el día. MXN

    De 0 estrellas, no servía nada, no sirven los elevadores en todo el hotel, la playa es muy chiquita, el agua de la habitación huele a aguas negras y no son capaces de ofrecer una solución, te dicen que no pueden hacer nada y cuando presionas, sólo te ofrecen una habitación SOLO PARA BAÑARTE que está del otro lado del hotel aproximadamente a 2 km, el vino de muy mala calidad, y la comida apenas si es comible con excepción del restaurant japonés, la mesera del poolbar nefasta, se molesta cuando le dices que no que te llevo no era lo que te pediste y deja de atenderte, eso pasó el primer día y los demás simplemente nos volteaba la cara y no atendía

    Excelente recomendación para pasar unos días con la familia o en pareja. La comida es variada y excelente, tiene lo adecuado para cuando realiza comidas temáticas. Sus restaurantes exclusivos tienen menús variados, y adecuados al tipo de tema que tratan. Puntos a mejorar: Más meseros, puesto que no se dan abasto a tanta demanda, tanto en la bebida como en comida. Más variedad y animación en las piscinas. El club para niños requiere más mantenimiento. Las habitaciones ya requieren un cambio visual en colores.

La playa es bonita aunque no la mejor considerando que es caribe me decepcionó un poco Lo que no me agradó tanto es su ubicación, está algo escondido e inaccesible si no llegas en auto, no hay cosas cerca si quieres salir a caminar

    Bueno, les falta mantenimiento en las albercas e instalaciones, bonitas las habitaciones, mala cálida de TV, el servicio de comida buffete buena, en temporada alta no se dan abasto con su personal, equipo de animacion muy apatico y aburrido. Me pareci un poco mas que regular tirandole a bueno, lo que si recomiendo son su cantidad de albercas y teen area.

    Pésimo servicio, vacacioné en puente patrio y el servicio de Pool bar es pésimo, dando prioridad a los huéspedes extranjeros por encima de los nacionales aun así hayan llegado antes que otras personas. El servicio de de recepción es ineficiente dado que me tuvieron esperando 1 hora para asignarme dos habitaciones, y lo peor de todo, he estado en otros hoteles y te permiten quedarte hasta horas después del "check out" en éste hotel tuve la mala fortuna de encontrarme una señorita en el restaurante bufete la cual me dijo cuando me serví un helado: "¿Ya hizo check out?, porque no puede consumir nada después de esta hora o se le cobrará un extra". Esto se me ha hecho de muy mal gusto por parte del servicio del hotel y por respuesta del personal de servicio, en mi opinión, no recomiendo esta cadena de hoteles.

    Beautiful location. Facilities are great. Food and service was excellent. The pools close at 7 or 8 local time, which I found a little to early. Most of the staff refused to take our tips, which was nice. We did leave a big tip and he end though. All in all, excellent vacation 4/5 stars

    Great smaller more private resort with great ammenatie me such as privelage VIP. Great food and drinks. Can use a little remodeling but they are currently in process of doing so. Beach area is not the best but still very nice warm carribean waters. Full access to mini bar spacious rooms and private jacuzzi on your patio. Would recommend, great rates.

    Excellent hotel for variety. The speciality restaurants are outstanding, from the American Diner experience to fine dining at the others. Rooms are well kept with free mini bar. Several pool areas from quiet to full on party. Only issue is none of the lifts work. It was a struggle with 3 kids, a buggy and all the stuff needed for the day, a long walk and on the 3rd floor.

    We just got back from a week at OC&T, and we are already talking about a return trip next year. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff did everything they could to meet our needs and make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The property was kept neat and clean and security was visible, but not at all oppressive. The choice of restaurants was impressive and the quality of our dinners was fantastic. One word of advice I would give someone considering OC&T would be to upgrade to the Privilege package. The extra perks are well worth the price.

    Just came back last week from this resort. STAFF IS AMAZINGGGGG. Loved them. Every single one is so friendly & hardworking. The staff was my favorite for sure. Entertainment sucked, food was okay, view was gorgeous, rooms were smelly but okay, drinks were great. I would usually give a three star but because of the great staff and super friendly environment you get a four. Would come back just because everyone was hardworking and friendly.

    So far, my visit to this resort has been very enjoyable. Rooms are decent and clean, food is great (other than the Mexican for some reason) and drinks are consistently average in sit down restaurants. If you want a tropical drink, the swim-up bar is where to go. Pools are a nice temperature and gigantic. This review will be updated throughout my stay.

    We spent a week at this resort ... along with our friends. When we got there we noticed the elevator was out so we had to use the stairs. After a couple of days of having to use the stairs we found out that the elevator had been out for 7 months. I will never give this resort a good rating. How in the world can you expect people (especially elderly) to use the stairs? I just had shots in my knees and using their stairs has caused my knees to give me trouble again. Terrible experience! Terrible!

    Overall very good not great. Couple of notes: Route 66 was consistently the best food on the premises. Japanese Restaurant, Sensei hardest to get into with mediocre food, but a great show. Poolside vendors overcharge on credit cards.

    My husband and I stayed at this resort over Christmas and it was incredible!!!! Franklin and Johnson behind the bar were so great to my husband and I, they always had our drink ready for us when we walked up! Every night we had Alba as our server while we were there and she was the best we have ever had! Diego, Agustin and Yessica were the entertainers there and they were so personable and called us by name every time they saw us, they were so fun to be around. Juan, one of the photographers there, took so many incredible photos of us. Your staff is what makes this resort one to remember. This resort was absolutely amazing. We are already planning our trip back next year!

Ocean Coral & Turquesa is really an amazing place to be. Would love to come back some day. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

    The service was great from all the staff, the whole resort was beautiful. We were a group of 18 and everyone found something they liked to eat and the drinks were O so good. The entertainment team kept things going all day into the night crazy games by the pool to karaoke at night and love music. The rooms were great also.

    We and our friends had a nice week here, Evening entertainment at the Waterfall was great!! However from 10:30-12:30 every night the music was terribly loud. We called to complain, but it not stop. Seven nights it was far too loud!!! Another complaint is the lack of an elevator. Supposedly not operating for seven months. Climbing all those steps was not right. And mostly we felt it was soooooo unfair to those bell boys, hauling luggage up and down those steps. They we so great and always worked very hard to help us. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Doubtful that we will return after this experience.

    Beautiful resort and friendly staff, but food was just ok. It is located on a long, bumpy, washed out road which requires a taxi to get anywhere. We like to get off the resort and explore so taxi fares started adding up quickly. We had issues getting enough clean drinking water. If you miss the lunch buffet you were kinda screwed for food and no late night snacks. Nice resort but bad location.

    I enjoyed the resort for a get together with family for a week. The pools are great. One pool has a built in bar which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable. The bed pillows were too hard for my liking. Food was good at the Sensa restaurant and the Moon Romantic Dining restaurant. You must make reservations for both. The other restaurants were buffet style and were decent also.

    Was really disappointed with our stay there. Our hot tub jets was full of bugs which flooded the tub when we went to use it. After using it the first night nobody cleaned it out of all the bugs the 7 days we were there!! Also we were charged for a bottle of wine that we turned down three times but then to get rid of the waiter we agreed to try it not told at the time we were being charged. The availability of umbrellas around the pools was minimal and we waited 2hours for drinks we ordered while by the beach

    Terrible service! Do not waste your money. My family and I stayed here in June this year for 7 nights. The resort itself is very nice but the service is awful! We paid for a privilege room and it was on the other side of the resort away from the lounge and the beach area. The butler service was a joke. We had to call several times each day to have are mini frig stocked. My sister and her two teenage friends were in a separate room and the door would not lock so they had to stay with our parents! My mom was threatened by Ivan. STAY AWAY!!!

    The location was a bit odd but once you get in the hotel everything seems great! Very calming and family friendly areas and lots of pools. I did not like the thing with the towel keys because thats just too much keys, ya know? Also the rooms bathrooms had 0 privacy which wasnt that great. The bedsheets felt kind of sticky and smelled pretty bad which is reasonable i guess. The restaurants are all great with top notch air conditioning! All the workers are really nice too.

    The check-in process was very bad with management not meeting our needs for what we had reserved. They were not able to offer suggestions on how to correct the situation until I was about to cancel the reservation. The room we got is very dark with no outlets for charging and no dresser. The hallways are not very clean with cups and plates on the floors. The food is okay but nothing to brag about.

    Our family just came back from this resort and we all loved it! The service was very good and the staff were all very warm and welcoming. When we first got to the hotel it was stunning, the lobby has a fantastic open design that is a great place to relax and have drinks. Be prepared that after you check in they sit you down to introduce the resort and ultimately press you attend a breakfast the next day for you to invest in a time share. This is standard procedure with most resorts around the world so we politely declined and went about our vacation. Our room was just as promised, very clean and comfortable. One other thing to also be prepared for...If you book a sightseeing excursion you usually come back to the resort late. By that time all the restaurants are full leaving the buffet as your only option. However, the food and the service at the buffet is very good, with different themes each night. There were many healthy fresh food options and always plenty of fresh fruit and juices. The pools are all very nice and there are also lots of other activities to do around the resort. The beach is beautiful with very soft sand; waves are smaller her due to a reef off the coast, but very suitable for younger swimmers. We highly recommend this resort to everyone.

    We have had a great time. Good number of restaurants and a lot of activities. Some pros: great choice of food and drinks. We loved fresh juices and good coffee in the morning. A lot of swimming pools, tennis courts, souna and steam room but not enough steam for us... They have a teen center that my son liked and went there to play ping pong and pool. The best thing is that there is small reef you can swim to right from the beach and you can snorkel and see the "under water world". We highly recommend this resort to all.

    Great experience here! Very clean and modern feel to the resort. Variety of pools for various ages and great on site services. Beach was filled with seaweed, but only due to storms in recent months and to no fault of the resort itself. Otherwise, beach looks and feels fantastic!

    Das Hotel selbst ist super. Essen, Service, Freundlichkeit und auch die Zimmer top und sehr geräumig. Riesiges Problem zur Zeit ist das Seegras, es macht das Meer schmutzig braun und stinkt wie Jauche. Es scheint wohl im Meer durch die hohen Wassertemperatur zu faulen. Das typische Karibik blau vermisse ich. Auf den Inseln soll es aber besser sein. Zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt würde ich in das Hotel auf jeden Fall zurück kommen. Denn alles andere ist erstklassig und auch für Familien mit Kindern perfekt geeignet abseits des trouble von Cancun.

    The hotel was fine. The food was okay. The pools were the worst part, I cut my foot on the edge of missing tile in the pool, there have been multiple cases that have heard about that were much worse than mine, the staff shows no urgency to fix the problem.

    We had my nieces wedding in this hotel my mom and my sister got robbed they broke in the room. and they took all the cash from there purses,the water at the beach is dirty it looks like mud. Watch out for this guy name Carlos he works in the lobby he is in charge of the hotel shuttle we had a package that had the shuttle was included and we got to the airport the shuttle guy told me that I had to pay $90.00 Dollars.

    I had a great experience with this resort. The food was good, the staff was nice, always willing to help. Although, the hotel rooms were a little damp, the sheets were damp, that was a little upsetting, but despite other good things about the resort, this was a small disappointment. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    I have been in Cancun many times. This was our first experience at this hotel. The personnel were very rude and unaccommodating. The hotel prices, while reasonable, they are not all inclusive and they try to nickel and dime you for everything. Everything from beach towels to making reservations was an unpleasant experience. I’m definitely not coming back to this place anymore.

    i recently stayed at this resort for the first time. The second day i was there i witnessed the most heartless thing in life, a family with two little girls around 4 years old had missed their shuttle to the airport and instead of the staff coming to help them get to the airport Frank "the manager"refused to help them even after seeing the woman and children crying and worried. All Frank did was direct her to the board where the taxi fees were posted even after she kept telling him that she only had $20 and the taxi fee was $30. I was so worried for them and gave her money and after all that was over Frank "the manager" had the nerve to walk up to me and tell me that what i did was not necessary with attitude. I will NEVER stay here again. Their management is very unprofessional and rude.

    Where to begin... the road to the hotel was a mess, a twenty minute ride for what should have taken two minutes, bring a barf bag, no kidding.....Check in is very slow and they try and up sell everyone right there at check in which slows everything way down...the welcome gift is not a gift at all it is a sneaky invitation to go on their time share talk, plan on half a day if you get suckered in.....the rooms are outdated and have some mildew problems...the food at the buffet is average at best and the same day after day....the other places to eat need a reservation and are all really small and all of the good times are all taken by time share guests, so most of the time, you are stuck at the buffet. The booze is all very low shelf and water down, put we saw plenty of drunk people all week, even saw someone vomit in the pool and then escorted to their room....pool chairs can be difficult to come by if you sleep in.. sorry not much nice to say....book some where else.

    Absolutely amazing!! Hotel staff was phonemonal. Fun outgoing and made sure we all had a great time!! everyone was fantastic. Never got sick once. Very clean hotel and great food. I recommend this hotel for sure! The bed is not that comfortable unless you have enough tequila which they never run out of. I recommend if you do go to clubs go with the hotel staff NOT BAR LEAPING!! The hotel staff takes care of you much better!!!!

    We stayed at All Inclusive Azul Resort on their Reconnect package. For $299, we had a beautiful buffet breakfast each morning and $100 USD PER day resort credit.Their pool is amazing, the view of beautiful blue water is stunning and our room was perfect.
