Viaje con mi esposa la semana del 26 al 30 de agosto. Excelente lugar, nos gustó mucho y sobre todo la atención del personal, muy amables y profesionales. Lo único malo es que a mi llegada al aeropuerto no fue personal de la empresa (caracol travel) a recogernos, nuestro vuelo tuvo una demora de 90 minutos y aunque les avise de todos modos no fueron por nosotros y tuvimos que pagar un taxi que nos cobro 600 pesos. Por todo lo demás, excelente, nos gustaría regresar, sólo checar bien lo del inconveniente.

Resyaurantes cerrados mal eso, no es excusa la baja de personas que van al hotel deben tener siempre abierto todo debido a que es lo que venden ustedes, tienen todo cerrado nadamas un rest abierto y todos van a ese 2 horas para que nos sirvieran un sushi, les falta mas entretenimiento yo apostaria por otra gente mas animada en el tema del entretenimiento, mas cosas que hacer con niños otros hoteles lo tienen , mas generosidad de parte del empleado no lo estan cuidando les vale madre en pocas palabras, la playa excelente , las albercas bien , en el tema de las bebidas muy buenas por volvemos . Lo mismo debido a que tienen baja de huespedes no tienen todos los productos mal ahi, el sistema de wifi no sirve bien pero eso edta excwlente para no usar el celular y desprenderte un rato de el me quede con la espinita que que el hotel puede ser mejor alomejor . Mi me toco mal pero si le dara alomejor otra oportunidad haber que tal

El hotel es bien acogedor...todo el personal sin excepciones te atiende de manera excelente y te consiente..Los restaurantes me parecieron divinos, todos tienen su vida propia y particularidades, pero buenos en general. Las areas exteriores estan muy bien, se relacionan y entrelazan entre ellas creando conexiones entre espacios muy dinámica. Las habitaciones de hotel estan muy decentes y siempre las mantienen limpias. Pero las villas y las habitaciones dobles son lo mejor, altamente recome dadas si van en familia o grupos vacacionales. El Spa estuvo buenisimo, tuve la oportunidad de ser atendido por un personal muy agradable y profesional alli. La agencia Caracol Travel ye ayuda a reservar las excursiones y te guian para que puedas encontrar actividades a fin con tus necesidades y condiciones. Mi experiencia personal fue magnifica, por lo que termino diciendo que fue un lugar al que definitivamente volvería y al que aconsejo deben conocer.

La semana anterior me aloje en el hotel Omni Cancun. Las instalaciones, personal y alimentos son excelentes,pero padecí el inconveniente de que me enfrente a la poca inclusión que tienen las instalaciones para personas con discapacidad. Los baños de las habitaciones carecen de accesibilidad para sillas de ruedas, no cuentan con agarraderas que faciliten y brinden seguridad para el uso de la regadera en el baño de la habitación así como en algunos sanitarios de uso comun, que a pesar de que algunos poseen el espacio no tienen agarraderas que ayuden en su uso.

Bruno stepped in and made sure that everything went without a hitch! The location of the hotel is by far the best and the place itself is clean and very beautiful. The food was great and I recommend all their restaurants. All their food was excellent and fresh! The drinks were great and the view was spectacular! They had events and popup shops everyday we were there and had shows for us to enjoy! I cannot wait to return! The staff is the best part of this hotel everyone and I mean everyone is very nice, informative and helpful in everyday! They look out for your pockets as well! They will recommend places where you wont have to over pay for items you might need outside of the hotel. Will definitely be coming back again! They made it a home away from home.

We did go via a time share presentation that lasted a bit too long. However, the hotel and staff--fabulous. First, the three reservation required restaurants were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about DaVinci. The staff, the food, the manager who moved our reservations up-twice; all fantastic. We had breakfast at the buffet which was better than most buffets and lunch was either Sushi or taco stand. Both of which we good, fast and simple. The staff- from the bellman to the waiters on the beach-all professional and friendly.

The Good: Beautiful clean Hotel, nice pools and super easy access to the beach. The staff are really nice and helpful. Restaurants have good food choices. Drinks are strong and they keep them coming. On site excursion desk (very informative). Maids are very thorough, mini fridge is stocked daily, soaps & shampoos are nice. The Bad: pools close at 6pm, beach swimming closes at 7pm, shops close at 6pm, restaurants/cafes close at 6pm (reservation restaurants are open later) On site night club/hookah bar has no AC (hot as heck) and is open from 10:30-1:00. Farthest from downtown from other night time entertainment and shopping. WiFi is free but is horrible unless you are in the main lobby or standing next to your rooms bathroom sink. Every noise in the hallways is heard through the very thin wood room door. Not much for teens under age 18 to do. Room service takes a long time during the day. The room fridge keeps items barely cold. No hanging of clothing items or towels on balcony, there is no drying rack or line, so your wet swim gear, etc has no where to dry out. This is a great hotel for families with younger children 12 and under, older couples and seniors. I will not stay here again.

Ein tolles Hotel an einem traumhaften karibischen weissen Puderzuckersandstrand und türkisblauen Wasser! Allinklusive macht es richtig Spaß, man bekommt an mehreren Orten leckere Getränke und es gibt sogar Service auf der Strandliege. Echt super!!! Es gibt mehrere Whirlpools und ein Bar direkt am Strand. Verschiedene Themen Restaurants, wie z.B. Mexikanisch oder Italienisch gibt es auch. Gewaltig genervt hat, dass einem als erstes Mitten in der Nacht ditekt bei Ankunft im Hotel eine "Timeshare Verkaufsveranstaltung" praktisch aufgezwungen wurde.

We went in this morning (tuesday) and all three of the dinner options that need reservations were booked until Thursday. My visit was for a required rest period for work that totaled only about 11 hours. The property was very pretty, numerous pools and a beautiful beach with lots of lounge space. The numerous on-site restaurants are ideal to centralize your stay and provide clean and safe food. Numerous complementary benefits as well as a top-notch gym and spa experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the blackout blinds were perfect to catch some day sleep for an all night report to work. I would consider a return at my own expense in the future, in the meantime, I will back in 12 hours again with work!

Hotel itself is beautiful. We have a beautiful view from our balcony and we liked the shows we have seen. However, bar service can be pretty slow and we could never get the king bed we requested 6 months in advance. Even though we were told more than once we would have one it did not happen. We have also had much better service at other resorts in Mexico so we would be staying at one of those on our next trip.

Everything about this resort is outdated. On top of that, the all inclusive meal is fine, if you like eating at the Golden Coral! Everything has a brown gravy on it that tastes awful. When we arrived, they told us to leave our bags at the front desk and some guy was going to show us around the place. Well, he ended up taking us on a brief walk to the asian place that sits on top of the spa. He wanted us to come to this breakfast the next morning and hear about a membership for Omni that would give us discount tickets to tours and excursions. This was annoying, because he didnt actually explain anything to us about the resort or the events that they had coming up. I was disappointed in the resort we chose. I will not stay here again.

Not very positive experience. I booked through a travel website. I arrived and was notified I had to pay in full. After I paid, they told me my room with two beds was not guaranteed and therefore I did not get one. Since I just paid, I had no leverage. They told me to check back at 9 am for the best chance to change rooms. When I did this the next morning, they told me to really until 12 for the room, despite already starting to check in new arrivals at that time. They wasted half a day of my vacation. Their beer is also watered down.

I HAVE BEEN DIVING FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS BUT MY WIFE HAS ONLY BEEN DIVING 6-7 TIMES AND SHE WANTED TO FEEL A LITTLE MORE COMFORTABLE WITH THE GEAR. THE OMNI RESORT OFFERED A COMPLIMENARY INTRO TO SCUBA LESSON ON THEIR WEBSITE. NOW READS “Daily snorkling and introduction to SCUBA lessons are provided in the pool by the professional instructors from Aqua World – Mexico’s largest and most experienced water sports and PADI affiliated company. They also offer tours, diving, sailing, fishing, and a range of other activities.” I ASKED AT FRONT DESCK OF THE HOTEL WHERE WE GO FOR OUR FREE POOL LESSON, THEY SAID TO GO TO THE AQUAWORLD SHOP NEAR THE BEACH. I WENT DOWN AND ASKED THE AQUAWORLD STAFF ABOUT THE COMPLIMENTARY POOL SESSION, THEY SAID TO COME BACK TOMORROW AT 11AM AND TALK TO EMILIO. THE NEXT DAY, EMILIO WAS NOT THERE UNTIL 12 NOON. EMILIO TOLD ME THAT HE DID NOT GIVE FREE LESSONS AND TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO BUYING A LESSON AND DIVE. EMILIO WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME. HE TOLD ME THAT HE DID NOT WORK FOR OMNI RESORTS AND THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME A FREE POOL SESSION, EVEN THOUGH I POINTED OUT THAT HIS SHOP AND THE POOL HE USED WAS ON OMNI RESORT’S PROPERTY. EMILIO THEN SAID THAT NEXT POOL LESSON WAS NOT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING (4 DAYS LATER), WHICH WAS OUR LAST DAY THERE. AT THAT POINT, I DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO HAVE MY WIFE IN THE POOL WITH THIS RUDE AQUAWORLD DIVER. WE HAD BOOKED A FEW DIVES WITH (SCUBA DIVING CANCUN) PRIOR TO OUR TRIP DUE TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS OF AQUAWORLD. THIS EXPERIENCE CONFIRMED THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT AQUAWORLD AND ALSO DETERRED US FROM USING AQUAWORLD FOR ANY OTHER WATER SPORTS OR TOURS FOR THE REST OF OUR STAY. WE HOPE TO VISIT THE OMNI RESORT IN CANCUN AGAIN BUT WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE USING AQUAWORLD. THIS BAD ENCOUNTER WITH AQUAWORLD WAS OUR ONLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH OUR ENTIRE VACATION, THE RESORT, RUINS TOURS, FOOD, DIVING TRIPS, ZIPLINING, AND CENOTE SNORKELING. The service was priceless! Jose at the concierge desk and Enrique at the Pina Colada restaurant by the beach were by far the best! They went above and beyond their job description! I have no complaints just a suggestion the night shows need improvement. As a dancer/chorographer I guess I look with a critical eye but the "Tropical" night was honestly a poor done show. The Mexican night of course was great and the Circus night was also good. But definitely need more work on the shows. Other than that the hotel was so clean and the food was 5 stars!

We stayed in a private villa & it was beautiful. The view spectacular. Problems were there are not enough chairs on the beach, maybe one for every 30 people staying in the resort and villas. People were complaining everyday. In addition, there is a new law that went into effect about 6 months ago. If you want to exchange USD for pesos at a bank or the hotel, you need your passport and immigration paper from the plane. So, make copies before you go, this way you do not need to carry your passport with you. In addition, if you are staying at a privately owned villa the front desk will not exchange money for you. You can only pay for food and drinks with pesos or credit card at the resort. No USD at this resort. Better exchange rate closer to downtown. It cost 8.5 pesos to take the bus where everything is happening. If you need to buy groceries, take the bus towards downtown to Kukulkan/Ave.Tulum and Coba. You will see the Office Depot on the left. Big supermarket on the right side can not miss it. Blue trim. We went to Walmart the first time and paid more money. This is where the locals shop.
