Bonito hotel. 2 de cada 3 personas del Staff te saludan. En el Iberostar la gente es más amable. Asegúrate de que no pierdes tu llave del cuarto, porque te la cobran por $50 pesos. Le daría 3 estrellas, pero los cuartos están muy limpios y cómodos. Parece que todos los cuartos tienen vista al mar. El internet es súper rápido. Los elevadores son muy lentos. La comida bufé cuesta $275 pesos. Así que si vas a comer fuera la mayoría de las veces no hay problema. Pero si planeas comer en el hotel, entonces te conviene quedarte en un hotel todo inclusivo. El hotel es muy tranquilo y callado. Excelente si no te gusta el ruido. La vez pasada nos quedamos en el Hard Rock y es muy ruidoso, pero con más amenidades. Y, cómo escribió Andrei en la reseña, el check in es muy tardado. Unos 20-25 minutos se tardaron con nosotros, y eso que era mediados de Octubre. Siento que la persona que me atendió debió ser más profesional. Su vestimenta no era de lo mejor. Lo sé, no me estoy quedando en un all-inclusive, pero creo que deben escoger un mejor personal.
