Federico Fernando SilvestriRente un auto compacto (i10) y no tuve ningun tipo de inconvenientes. Lo recomiendo!. Una sugerencia: no tomen los taxis que ellos contratan (si tienen que volver al hotel) porque son carisimos.

Jeremie BachLong story short : I Would actually stick to a more common American brand in Cancun try hertz or Avis. I am platinum with Sixt and have always enjoyed my experiences with them so no generalization here. Cancun branch needs to reconsider the way they do business : yes price was ok but we waited 1h30 for the shuttle bus to show up even though we called several times to get them moving ("yes 5 minutes sir!"). The manager had a good laugh and did nothing about it. The rest of the rental companies had very frequent shuttles so 1 star is already too much, stick with the usual American ones : drop off at terminal and good service.

Tin CroatiaWorst rental car service ever. Very unfriendly and incompetent. I had an accident and it was not my fault. The police confirmed that. Nevertheless they booked money from my credit card although I had a 0€ excess fee in case of an accident. All in all I paid more than 250€ for 3 days. Thank you!

Kevin DorseyThe people were nice but apparently they forgot we booked. We were waiting for an hour and had to borrow a locals phone and they still didnt have the information untik we arrived. The car was dirty ans smells. They charge at least 1k for a deposit and photcopy your credit card. I would stick to a major brand like hertz or enterprise they had a shuttle at least every ten mins.

Brian NacyThey were a great service for us. We speak Spanish so no problems. We had to find the shuttle guy though so they lose a star for that. Also video your whole car, inside, out, trunk, spare tire as they will check it all on return.

Mike ShamisFirst of all it is very hard to find the employee that is supposed to meet you. Second you need to fill up the tank at the gas station next door, otherwise you will pay a steep price for not having a full tank. I filled up when I left the hotel zone and was charged $300 pesos because the needle was a little below the full line. On the other hand if the tank was full, I imagine they would find something else.
