Jatzibe FernandezEl mejor hotel en Ixtapa. Definitivamente esta en mi lista de favoritos se respira tranquilidad el servicio es muy bueno las habitaciones y la limpieza son impecables. Ampliamente Recomendable es uno de los hoteles que tienes que visitar.

Lorenza LazoPase un fin de semana en el hotel y la verdad es que salí muy decepcionada, el lugar y habitaciones están muy bonitos sin embargo el restaurante es excesivamente caro, todo lo cobran en dólares y caro. En la alberca el tiempo de espera de una botella de agua o un drink es aproximadamente de 40minutos en adelante. En las habitaciones no ponen crema corporal ni acondicionador.

We went for our honeymoon, and have to fight not to make this our trip for every occasion. Loved the staff and the amazing views. The food was tremendous, and the nice wade pool was very nice after a nice day out on the bikes. Definitely a great visit

The staff here does whatever they can to go unnoticed but present without interfering. The staff try to anticipate all your needs before you think the need exists. The added bonus has been the subtle amenities provided without being gouged. Great place and definitely a return trip is part of our plans.

Moises CPretty good place, Nice views, good rooms, great service. But they take advantage on the small stuff. Paid 7 dollars for a cab from the marina to the hotel and they hotel then arranged the same trip but starting from the hotel, came out to 40 bucks.
