Unosquare León

We’ve worked with Unosquare now for nearly three years. At this point both organizations are integrated to where Unosquare team members are simply viewed as an extension to the Vesta team. Our engineering and QA leadership views Unosquare as key members of our delivery team.

With focused effort and attention, we’ve eliminated the ‘us’ and ‘them’ notions that can slowly erode the value of outsourcing. The quality of delivery continues to remain high. We are pleased with the relationship and committed to the long term partnership.

We have worked with Unosquare for several years. They have been a great resource to lower our development costs and supplement what we are able to accomplish internally. Unosquare puts the customer’s needs first and works to make sure they are effective in their service delivery.

We use Unosquare for development and ongoing support of an enterprise application for corporate and social responsibility compliance. Our new application met the needs of the business well, and moved smoothly into production, the first phase in the fall of 2011 and the second phase in early 2012. It has now been in production for more than 6 months and is supporting the business well.

Working with Unosquare has been outstanding. By outstanding, I specifically mean that we are able to attract world class talent, who are resilient, highly skilled, focused, dedicated, and great value for money. Much of that has to do with recognition by Unosquare that you want to hire people who are great engineers – not just ‘awesome coders’.
