Faith HanleyThe old queen mattress (no box spring) in casita Rosa was so very hard, as were the old pillows. Also the fold out bed was the same, and the maid had to provide a foam pad. Perhaps the owners should try sleeping on the very hard queen mattress! Needless to say, my son and I did not have restful evenings. There was maid service only once - the used toilet paper in the wasted basket was taken out once - very hygenic. The phone book was dated - 2007. The emergency phone did not work. No soap in the shower - had to purchase some.
