We do not ask for a deposit until you are happy with the plans and have had a chance to review our extensive line-by-line budget—usually 20 pages or more! Once the buget and plans are approved by you, we honor that budget as well as the promised timeline. New home construction, for example, typically takes between 7 to 9 months, depending on the size and scope of the project as well as the time of year and weather.
