Reyson AlmeidaBuen servicio, me hospedé en la habitación Tamayo, el lugar es cómodo y agradable, sin embargo al ser una habitación que da hacía la avenida Vallarta, se escucha demasiado el ruido de los vehículos que pasan por dicha avenida, incluso con las ventanas cerradas. Deberían poner vidrios de aislamiento acústico. De ahí en más, todo muy bien.

Omar AguilarLa mejor experiencia. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una mejor por una noche. Súper cómodo y staff súper atento. Trataré de volver cada vez que vaya! El Centro queda súper cerca y la plaza que queda justo en la puerta no es muy ruidosa, al contrario.

Mario ContrerasThe Staff if just amazing starting from the maintenance crew to the general manager. Is not a big branch with a ton of rooms you will get a people to people feel. On bottom there is an amazing restaurant that has a wide range of foods all day long. As far as the location regards I would say it is a 10 out of 5 very very very nice. Is an old building that makes part of historic architecture that goes back to the 1860s which makes it look so much better. the rooms have very modern style touch. You will not feel like you are at a regular hotel it will feel more like HOME

DAVID PEÑAAt first I had a couple of problems with the customer service during my stay. The hotel manager got in touch with me directly and my opinion on customer service changed. During my stay the hotel had many guests. I booked one night and did not stay much in the room. I think the problems I had would have been solved immediately if I had noticed before. I would stay at the hotel again but would only stay in one of the large rooms.

Peter KoonceWe have enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. The rooms are well designed by local artists. The staff are very attentive. It is a convenient location to explore the City. The downstairs restaurant is good and we ate there several times. One complaint is the toilet bowl cleaner that is the initial smell as you enter the room.
