The firm was founded in 1988, by Juan Antonio Del Río Troncoso, a former Touche Ross International partner (now Deloitte). Our approach of working as a team with our clients, their auditors and lawyers leads to a much more efficient operation.

Our clients are all international companies doing business in Latin America. By concentrating exclusively in this area, we can dedicate our training and procedures to deal with the different issues a foreign company encounters while operating here.

We strive to help foreign companies start operations in Latin America or carry out existing endeavors they may already have in this country by providing services in the areas of finance, tax and labor.
