Horrible el trato del personal, los servicios de toallas y demás utensilios de la habitación se deben pedir todo el tiempo por que jamas están en su lugar, y te los traen de mala gana, me hicieron un cargo de $9578.99 que no era y ni con la cancelación del mismo me han bonificado este cargo, desde hace un mes. no me devuelven la llamada aun cuando me han dicho lo aran, llamo y no me contestan por que nunca están, creo que ya hasta se esconden y mi dinero pues bien en la bolsa de no se quien, mucho cuidado al dejar sus tarjetas por que con la facilidad del mundo te hacen el cargo que les da la gana y después no tiene argumentos para realizar la devolución y simplemente te evaden. la pero experiencia vacacional, jamas en la vida volvería a ese lugar que no me rece 5 estrellas

Hotel muy bonito pero alejado de la playa, no lo recomiendo para alguien en muletas o silla de ruedas, aunque esta acondicionado muy bien para silla de ruedas esta casi hasta arriba del cerro y es complicado maniobrarla

Excelente hotel. De lo mejor que he visitado en Puerto Vallarta. 100% recomendado. El staff súper atento y amables en todo momento. Si eres amante de las olas del mar este hotel no es para ti aunque realmente no se extraña para nada el mar ya que cuanta con club de playa aparte pero realmente ni lo ocupas gracias a sus tres albercas y jacuzzi central. La vista es incomparable desde el Sky Lounge. Se aprecia toda la bahía de banderas. TODA!!!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Very nice hilltop hotel with great service and friendly staff. Great sunset happy hour at the rooftop bar. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Rooms are modern with everything you would need. Free transportation to beach and downtown.

Beware of the timeshare presentation - complete scam! The worst part is, my credit card company tried all possible ways to get my money back, even went all the way to MasterCard, but the merchant simply refuses to give back the money so now I am out of luck! I wish I read the other reviews before bought into this, I am hoping others will read this before buying ANY timeshare while staying at this hotel!

Upon even first entrance and experience, the staff was unbelievable attentive and professional. They even offered a fresh cocktail and towel as we waited to be checked in. Throughout the weekend, the 24 hour staff was super attentive and responded to our guest services within minutes, which is unheard of in Western Resorts. Bravo and thank you so much to Grand Miramar for their service. Even the poolside service was incredible. Both drink and food service was unbelievable. We will be coming back soon. Thanks!!

Fantastic stay! Rooms are very comfortable and the beds were amazing. The staff is very friendly and the food is fantastic. Hotel transportation is quick and all you have to do is give a 40 minute heads up. The view is spectacular and the location is very quite. Very memorable stay.
