Gord SawchukDr. Hidalgo performed a vertical sleeve gastrectomy on me, and on my wife, in March of 2017. I had a very positive experience. Our patient coordinator, Gerald was very informative, patient and helpful in the days and weeks leading up to surgery day. We were very pleased with the facilities in PV. Clean and state of the art. Dr. Hidalgo was very professional and friendly, with a great bedside manner. Dr. Hidalgo even came to our hotel to remove our staples, 5 days after the surgeries. The whole experience was very pleasant for us both, from the pre-op communication, transportation from the airport to the hotel, to the hospital, back to the hotel and finally back to the airport, the entire staff during our hospital stay, and all the support from Gerald post-surgery. I would recommend Dr. Hidalgo and the Weight Loss Team to anyone considering this surgery. Thank you for changing my life!
