DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR / THRIFTY! We picked up a car from Mexico City and the front wheel was already badly damaged at pickup. We ended up with a puncture on the highway - this could have been VERY DANGEROUS! Dollar / Thrifty still tried to charge us for the damage to the wheel even though we had photos when we pick up the car. They are very DISHONEST and put money before safety. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible experience! They gave us a smaller car than what we had reserved and paid for. They said that there was nothing that they could do for us, they had no mini vans. Then, they tried to frame us when we returned the car. There was a dent on the car and they marked it has a scratch not a dent, so they were telling us that we had had an accident with the car. Good thing we had taken pictures of it. Never use Dollar Rent a Car company in Mexico City!!
