Annalise DowneyMelanie is an amazing pilates instructor! She is super knowledgeable and very focused on clients having the best workout for your own body. Her attention to alignment and body posture makes you isolate specific muscles ensuring no injury and makes for a great workout. Her classes are for the young and not so young.
