Ranulph PackDO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR / THRIFTY! We picked up a car from Mexico City and the front wheel was already badly damaged at pickup. We ended up with a puncture on the highway - this could have been VERY DANGEROUS! Dollar / Thrifty still tried to charge us for the damage to the wheel even though we had photos when we pick up the car. They are very DISHONEST and put money before safety. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
